Dr Deepak has handled my case for hair fall control really well, giving me a clear vision about what needs to be done to make the whole treatment effective. The staff is also very polite and professional and readily available for help. My overall experience has been great.

They are very professional, doesn’t care of patient but very particular about timing, I visited around 7:30 after 1 hour travel but they need 40-45 minutes for consultancy and deny to attend just because clinic was about to close at 8. Doctor was available but very particular about timing. Highly recommended!! I even don’t need the refund amount of my appointment or revisit again

The clinic looks awesome and they have hired a well educated staff too. But here the billing person or the medicines distributer person is somewhat rude which I observed. Otherwise the doctor's are amazing and are best in their work. I visited their for dandruff issue and the doctor suggested 12 months treatment so I came back home after spending almost 17.5k in which 13.5k was the 6 months treatment cost and rest is for their own recommended products like Dr Batra's shampoo, conditioner, protein powder, face wash etc. Let's see how it turns for me in terms of treatment benefits as I visited here after checking the rating on Google. But please make some points clear in mind before visiting their centres, firstly they charge consultation seperately in which no treatment will be provided, secondly doctor will check your problem thoroughly and then the third person will come 'co-ordinator' which will explain you their treatment packages, thirdly you have to pay for shampoos, conditioners, facewash, protein powder etc which their doctor will definately write or recommend you, fourthly their packages only covers some head therapy sittings, their own homeo tablets etc but no medical tests or no products.

By far a satisfactory experience with Dr. Batra's Homeopathy. Having an immunity building package for my 4 year old daughter. In the last one year of medication, there is a significant improvement in the immunity levels and now she has a much better response during the changing season and weather conditions. Homeopathy medication is know to eradicate a disease from the root provided sufficient time and patience is given to it. Good job so far Dr. Batra's Homeopathy.

Waste of time, energy and money. If you start treatment they will keep you buying more and more products and will keep saying medicines have limitations and will promote more costly treatments and therapies. You will come to the point where you have invested so much money and time that you will tend to try what they are suggesting. But nothing works. Atleast for my case. Asked many more people they have same feedback. Whenever I went for treatment they always wasted 30 mins to 1 hour before starting the treatment. Never had good experience there. I regret paying this much money
