Unsatisfactory experience! Purchased items of around 14k and at the time of purchase they were ready to alter, exchange and do all sorts of changes.However, when we went there to exchange one of the order due to material issue they denied and was very rude. Such kind of behaviour was unexpected from them, this shows there dual personality. To sum up, Highly priced items, rude behaviour, unworthy experience. Do not recommend anyone to buy from them

Good showroom, varieties avail.. But the salesman doesn't responsd properly.. I went twice same behaviour negligent and he even don't show varieties. Salesman shoul behave polite and showcases the variety. Kindly acknowledge. Specifically topfloor salesman, make them fit according to customer needs. Even he don't open the dresses 🙂

Very unprofessional behaviour by the staff. They commit you for an exchange and when the very next day you visit, they dis-own their own words. 0 rating place for shopping. Feeling guilty of shopping from Mehta & Sons. They even don't give your their owner's contact number bluntly saying we can't give it. I work in an organization where the CEO who works for a revenue of 800cr every year even don't say such foolish words.

After hunting for a good place for mens clothes, we found this good with lots of variety. The staff were polite and humble. They treated us nicely and tried their best to show us the best options as per our preference.

Quite unprofessional It has been the worst experience one can ever get from a tailor. First they duped me to buy the most expensive ( finest Egyptian cotton as they said) I got an expensive but nicely tailored shirt a week later than they promised. But I was happy. After just one wash, there was immense bubbling on collar and cuffs. Thankfully they agreed to correct that. Again there was a delay but the issue wasn’t fixed. I refused to accept the shirt as the issue wasn’t resolved. They asked me to come a week later. A week later, they asked to come and collect the shirt but when I reached their shop. They couldn’t find the shirt. Asked me me to come next day. I went after a couple of days after confirming. And after reaching the shop, they refused to have any shirt at all, despite showing the receipt. After an argument, the owner agreed to replace the lost item.( he mentioned we don’t do that usually as if he was doing a favour) Now it had been more than 1.5 months since the first incident. Nevertheless they called in to come and collect the shirt. And to my surprise they handed me some I’ll fitted cheap cloth. Mehta and sons, you’re the most unprofessional and worst tailoring house I have even come across.

Worst behaviour of the staff. At the time of purchase they say something else, however when you actually want to exchange they show tantrums. Very rude and unprofessional attitude for the customer. They don’t value customers at all.Its better to purchase from street atleast they know how to talk to the customers.

One of best collections of mens wear , feeling every time improved experience

Very good collection of fabrics you get everything under one roof for mens. I recently visited there store and got stiched 2 blazers and 2 pants I personally liked the whole experience of the stiching department. I got the perfect stich accordingly to my size. Very friendly staff and owner the owner personally got involved in my selection and got my fittings done and they delivered me the clothes with in the delivery time Will definitely visit there store again..
