Please be aware whenever you join them. The issue that I am facing right now is unbelievable. When I joined South Extension branch, they told me Sir you can join 1 year plan and your face will be Fine. Although, I have registered for 1 year plan and few month back I got it was for 6 months. I don't know how they adjusted the payment. When I told them, ohh It was my fault that I haven't taken the receipts. However, if I go with 6 months plan they will give 6 session of Therapy and 6 months medicine. The 6 session are already done and about medicine that I have taken is for 3 months and I told them that I don't want to continue with them. Please refund my 3 months fees of Medicine and now they are telling me Sir we can't help you out and telling me about the terms and conditions. What about that terms and conditions which one doctor told me that your face will be cleared after 1 year and another said it will take time or may be not change. So, that's is the way of their treatment. Please discuss each and everything before joining any course 😓😓. First they will try to convince you and at last you don't have no way.

A massively popular group for hair therapies in the country, this is the first option which google gives us when searching for hair clinics. They purely employ homeopathic medicines and natural therapies taken from biotechnology. So i have had New Hair Therapy to control my Hair loss and regenerate hair follicles and growth. To begin with My hair loss was at 3rd-4th stage which made this therapy best suited. For different stages of balding, different approaches maybe employed which I can't say about their effectiveness. Now coming to the Pros and Cons of the Batra's branch at South Extension, Delhi Pros: 1. The New Hair Therapy (10 sessions - every alternate week leading to a time period of 20 weeks, 5-6 months) has indeed worked succesfully, I saw a clear closing of gaps within 2 months and detectable increase in volume by 8 sessions. It is a bit painful but that will only stay for one day. Overall its an effective therapy. 2. The therapists were quite friendly and attentive. They recognize if we are in too much pain and give a momentary break from therapy. Note to readers: Please respect their appointment times, they are quite overloaded and being late in one slot can cause a chain reaction for subsequent patients. 3. The doctors are quite benevolent and regularly track hair growth and scalp health. They provide good maintenance and dietary suggestions to augment hair growth as well. 4. The reception and other staff are quite friendly as well. The clinic itself is clean and well maintained with constant AC. They are also very strict with Masks and other precautions which makes it safe. Cons: 1. Overpromising: In the initial appointment, the doctors overpromised that the New Hair Therapy will give significant voulme and hair growth within 5-6 sessions which is definitely not true. It took atleast 8 sessions to see a decent change in volume. They might ask you to continue with additional therapies for even better growth. 2. Which comes to my next point: Pricing/Value for money. The therapy costed 60k/10 sessions and the homeopathy medicines cost 20k for the whole year. This would be decently priced if they would have provided their shampoo kits and Nutrigrow powder as part of the package. But we have to separately buy them. For people who are not undergoing therapies it makes sense to buy them separately but charging extra for them while taking therapy is a but unreasonable. After all regular hair and scalp maintenance and nutrition is as critical as the therapy itself. Overall: I will recommend this place if people want to prevent hair loss and regenrate hair follicles. The therapies and medicines they provide are completely safe except for temporary pain. But keep your expectations in check and get ready to pay quite a bit. Finally regular hair care and nutrition from our side is as important as the therapy we take there. Keep all that in mind and we will be satisfied

i had hair related problem(seborrheic dermatitis-didnt know at that time) . i went to dr. batra.(watched ad on FB) the consultation fee was 500 which was ok. but after that she diagnose my hair with some lens type instrument and told me that it is male pattern baldness and my all hair will fall soon. thn she told me that treatment need to be started soon and showed me package(Cost 75k) i told them i do not have that much money so she gave me an option of Installment(Which was ridiculous) latter i got to know that it is seborrheic dermatitis(chronic disease) Dr Batra is a Legal Scam Please guy dont go to them. and one more thing Dr batra positive review on google are their own staff or may these review are fake.

This place and their schemes are fraudulent. I tried their hair vitalizing therapy (HVT), which is a 1 year course for reducing hair loss. After 6 months, I had to discontinue it because their products and treatment not only did not improve my condition but it also increased my hair loss. If you are genuinely concerned about your hair, I'd suggest you do your bit of research and go to a better place. This place is not only a huge waste of money but it might also end up costing your hair, like it happened to me.
