every
experience
I
had
with
this
office
has
been
a
failure.
they
have
an
excuse
for
every
one
star
complaint
on
this
issue,
so
i’m
expecting
the
copy
and
pasted
response.
I
scheduled
an
appointment
online
with
this
office
for
some
tonsil
issues
i’ve
been
having.
After
10
sheets
of
paperwork,
5
emails,
and
looking
through
their
website,
there
is
not
ONE
statement
informing
patients
they
need
to
bring
their
own
mask
to
an
appointment.
I
have
worked
in
medical
offices,
and
it
has
NEVER
been
policy
to
not
pass
out
masks
to
patients;
especially
those
in
distress.
it’s
even
more
unprofessional
the
front
staff
informs
you
they
“are
out
of
masks”
rather
than
they
refuse
to
supply
masks
to
patients
in
a
medical
facility.
I
will
never
be
returning
and
I
advise
everyone
else
as
well
to
find
a
different
clinic
considering
the
plenty
in
the
area.

are
suffering.

The
last
issue
I
had
was
last
December,
I
was
severely
suffering
from
COVID
and
needed
a
test.
after
calling
to
confirm
i
could
be
tested
and
driving
the
45
minutes,
i
was
refused
service
due
to
needing
an
appointment.
apparently
the
person
i
spoke
to
was
misinformed.
it
is
just
a
very
unprofessional
medical
environment.
