Jessi was great! She offered to assist me right away and was able to find the right shipping options for me. The store was clean and there was only a one minute wait. I went around 11am and there were plenty of parking options. Even though I had a lot of things to ship the whole process took under 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning for my future shipping needs.

Now I understand why this store is rated 3!!!! I went in to this location today to ship something internationally. First of all, the alleged "store manager " was trying to facilitate the transaction and was of no use. All the information she provided and printed was inaccurate. She claimed before she could even accept my package she needed an invoice from the company on their letterhead. Additionally, she went on to print the information which she said was correct, however all the information she printed references clearing the package upon arrival at its destination, not to receive the package. I have been doing this for a while now and never have i been told or instructed to do otherwise or to have a company invoice for her to accept any goods. She didn't seem to be able to answer any questions accurately and I left and went to another FedEx location not too far away. There I was able to send my package off without any of "documents" that old "store manager" claimed i needed. Someone please inform her of the policies. Thanks

Staff was friendly and there was no wait at all when I arrived. Prices were much lower than I expected for how quick I needed to ship! For corporate however, they need to update their computer system. When trying to checkout and ship my package, the computer crashed TWICE. Give your employees better technology FedEx.

I highly recommend this Federal Express office mainly because of two of their employees- Rayna and Jessi. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and seemed to have patience without end. Rayna was very helpful with my elderly parent, and despite my many questions and concerns, Jessi made me feel as if I was FedEx's most important customer. Excellent customer service experience.

This is my first time printing brochures and Jessi was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She even taught me new things regarding paper quality, and brochure presentations. If i could rate her higher than 100% excellent I would. A wonderful addition to the team here in Altamonte Springs! Thank you Jessi!!

Alisa and Jessi were very kind and helpful. I placed my print order online and needed to pick it up within an hour and a half for an event that evening. Alisa and Jessi made that possible!

I went to print six pages on nice card stock, expecting a little bit of a pricier amount than normal printing. I was charged $28 for six pieces of paper, because the ladies helping me charged me two different times for edits they made on my paper without telling me it was an up charge. Not only did they not tell me how much the price would be upfront, but the paper itself was splattered with other ink, and did not come out clean. I still had to pay in order to get my documents and they did not try to alleviate that cost at all, knowing full well that it was not my fault nor my intent to pay that much for this minor project. I have gone to this location several times with several big projects for my property, but I will have to find somewhere else.
