Staff was friendly and helpful. The interior was designed well, clean and very welcoming. Unfortunately I was expecting a restaurant and this was more of a fast food place. Ordered the Udon Noodle soup with shrimp and chicken. The meats were breaded and deep fried, not cooked in the soup. The spoon was too small to use eating the soup. Asked for larger spoon but none available. Perhaps the bowls or stir fry would be more appealing.

There are many factors warranted the low rating. First, there was dry hard pieces of rice within white rice. This suggest the rice has been made for sometime and not fresh. Second, the lo main is over cook. The noodles are too mushy. Next, the green beans were cold. Lastly, the portion size is very small. The amount of lo main and green bean is laughable. I have checkout other pictures on Google, and my portion is smaller than those pictures. The overall flavor is decent. I wouldn’t come back. The manager did refund me after I spoke with her. That was really nice.

Presentation and concept is great. The food is not good though. Like your not going to get sick from it, but the food is nasty. Noodles dry af, sauce salty af. It’s kinda expensive too. The boba was ok. I won’t ever go again.

The Bento portion is generous and food is tasty, not the best, but for fast food, can't expect much. They also have other items which equally decent for the price. Update: Dine in is available and some tables are marked not to use for social distancing. The place is clean and no bathroom usage for cleanliness reason. Soda machine is not available for the same reason. I got the for bowls special and food is tasty. However, did got my order mixed up. They are busy with the take out and could be the reason. Service is very good. Update: 10/22 Only found out the special from the website. Set price for 4 entrees. Decent deal

First Pokebowl I've ever had and man was awesome! Friendly service that even helped with some recommendations for someone new. Super clean and well lit, such a good, calm atmosphere. Can't wait to come back and try the noodles ^^

I loved it. Food was as good as it looked in the pics. The vegetables were fresh. Everything was seasoned deliciously.Tasty dishes. Service is friendly and helpful, which is a big plus these days and so refreshing. I would definitely go back 😁

This place has become a joke. When we first moved here a year and a half ago this place was amazing. I believe because of bad management and lack of staff they’ve basically become a laughing stock of DTSP. Ordered the rainbow roll and Katsu chicken tonight and half the breading was coming off the chicken, and my sushi looked like some half chewed it. If you can’t be great just close. Do us a favor. Won’t be eating there again.

Fast food, step up to the counter, order, and they'll bring the food to your table. Poke Tuna Rice Bowl was fresh and tasty, but don't expect more than a few pieces of cubed tuna, in fact, less than what you might see on an order of sushi. I was underwhelmed by the amount of everything, but rice. Miso soup is good. This is an average place, at best. For me, no reason to return.

The poke bowl was great. The wasabi was a bit too strong, but everything else was delicious. There were only 2 workers on a busy Saturday evening and it took awhile to order and get our food. I would go back at a slower time of day or week. The workers were friendly and didn't get overwhelmed.

I got a noodle bowl with katsu and it was so crispy!! The orange sauce came in a pretty big bowl and everything was so good. I really enjoyed the noodles...a little bit dry because I'm used to saucy noodles but it was still really good! Me and boyfriend loved the green beans! Literally the best in the whole dish. Portions were very fulfilling and satisfying! I've eaten here three times and I definitely keep coming back! Be aware! They take card only !! I came in with cash once and had to put it in my card, which was on me!

The food is good but the prices have gotten absolutely insane. Get ready to pay like $17 for a chicken and noodle bowl. I used to regular bento with my family but we literally can't afford it anymore.

Great little eatery with many options. Can get poke or rice bowls, bentos and sushi.

Came here for "happy hour" that was advertised on the door. (See photo) where buy 2 rolls get 1 free and if you purchase an entrée it comes with a free side. Suffice to say, place needs to be more straightforward in its advertising, enough said. The place is quaint enough, from the outside it gives the presence of a restaurant but its more fast food in actual delivery. I would agree that the cooked food is definitely the way to go and is failry good. The sushi is on par with grocery store sushi, but the bowls are more the tasty option. The price point is fair if you're knowing what you're getting. It took several iterations to get our food. Felt like a timing issue or just not enough staff to get order ready even if the place was relatively empty. Overall service was friendly and the bowls were the better option just some quality control issues.

Love the food there, but we always get it to go, and it seems everyone else does too whenever I’m in there. The only problem is they are CONSTANTLY out of ingredients! And I’m not talking about niche menu items, I’m talking about like CHICKEN! Half the times we call them they tell us they are out of pretty much every single thing we try to order, even the white sauce that comes with everything is out about 50% of the time. After trying to get 2 or 3 different dishes, we give up. It’s very frustrating. Once again, the food tastes excellent, but only if you time it on the rare occasions they actually have what you want. They could make some serious money if they figure out their purchasing.

This was once one of our favorite places to stop by on a trip to downtown St. Pete. Unfortunately the quality, availability and service has declined. Each time they are out of several ingredients not available. This time it was cream cheese. The speed of preparing orders has doubled maybe even tripled. Not sure if I will return or not at this point.

This restaurant offers cafeteria style dining. It's a very clean restaurant that is located in Downtown St. Petersburg. Our service was friendly and accommodating. Our food was prepared and served promptly. The best part of dinner dinner was my husband's company... ME! 🤣 JK

The food here is amazing! Although the service is a bit slow and the orders often are mistaken and/or missing a item, they are sure to fix the problem if you talk to them about it. Overall great place for people who love Asian food.

I was reminded why I went there 2 years ago and never went back. This stir fry is exactly like what you would get in the freezer section at Publix. Mushy rice with some sticky gooey sauce poured on top. “Shrimp” consisted of a big hunk of soggy tempura batter hiding the tiniest sliver of shrimp. Lunch for two at this pathetic fast food place cost $43! Never again!

Definitely the best sushi bowls in the St.Pete/Tampa area. The The staff is always friendly. I've had the sushi rolls too, which is good and they're bento meals are phenomenal. The food is definitely filling. Brought my friend and also my girlfriend here on different occasions and it always seems to be a winner. My friends and I even got their food for our fantasy draft. Highly recommend. Will definitely eat here again.
