We stayed here for a month and everyone staying in the park is friendly. However, I picked this park because the website photos shows what appears to be a nice size site and that the site features include "cable". Neither is true!!! See photos and note the lack of room we had after setup Also, after a week I asked the office if we could move to a different site that offered a little more room and was told no. He said someone was going into the site I inquired about, without even checking!!! From that day, and through the remaining 3 weeks we were there, no one went into that site!!! So because of the false advertising and the lies, I will never return to Watersedge... and probably no other Sun property since they are allowing these practices.

A very nice and clean park peaceful

Definitely loved the set up w/2 bedrooms and a loft. It was a very comfortable space, pool was great, laundry room was nice. People were very friendly and nice. My only issues were that the some things were a little worn down - the stairs for the loft, the ceiling air vent in the bathroom and I don't think the floor had been cleaned and there were no supplies to do it my self. Also, it would have been nice to have a change machine in the laundry room.

This is awesome place to stay, very quiet and people around us were friendly. They have pond and nice sitting arrangements around it, and swimming pool too

We moved in back in April. The people here are so nice, I couldn't ask for better neighbors ❤️ Bath house and pool are always clean and there is a very large outside grilling area. Our dog loves the dog park and it is kept clean. Affordable rates and a peaceful environment.

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay, here at Waters Edge RV Resort. The cottage we stayed in was very nice. It had a homie feel too it and was loaded with all the amenities you need. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Everyone in the community was also very pleasant. The community offers, great walking space, dog park area, pool, and a club house with plenty of activities to do. They are also pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area and highly recommend it to everyone.

Terrible cell phone service and wifi. Lot was not level. Lots of dogs. People weren't that friendly. Road could be loud.

I visited a friend who lives here. It is a nice RV park. They have a pretty pond with birds and turtles and a nice pool area. It seems like a nice place to live.

no wifi, no phone service, no cable.. no codes given. no responce to phone or messages on the "emergency" number. hook ups on the wrong side. really bed weekend

I've been coming to WE for 6 years now and it's the people that make me his such a great place to be. Fun loving and friendly they always have something going for whatever your interest might be. Nice clean friendly rv park

Lies, bugs and a CREEPY pool man! This place was bought on “ the honor system “, you know that”Island” that’s a beautiful place to vacation? welp, that’s what we got! …NOT! Bugs, a refrigerator that had been shut off , only to find out it hadn’t worked in-at least3 years, pictures that totally misrepresented this true nightmare! Three trips for me ,Victoria, to the emergency room in 6 months due to the absolute filth.Tried to look at “the bright side” but there WASN’T ONE!Touched not once but TWICE by the” CREEPY POOL MAN”, only to NOT be believed by the office staff, the creeps “ newer wife”, and ALL their neighbors that they have fooled! This creep has done to BEFORE! We left there after my husband worked day and night for 6 months to get this “ prize” ready to sell to someone with EVERYTHING replaced. Walls, windows, doors, floors, kitchen cabinets, yada, yada yada. Shame on the office staff who knew all of this ! I WILL haunt them from my grave, TRUST ME. Victoria Flanders . My husband and I stayed here for the entire month of March this year. We met a lot of great people from all over the United States and Canada. Can't say enough on how we enjoyed our first long stay in Florida❤ We stayed in one of the resorts OLDER or probably the OLDEST park models and we were very disappointed in its condition (flooring looked dirty, the kitchen faucet leaked, fan in bathroom needed attention, very low water pressure in the shower, we had no gas grill, half of the lights did not work and the range oven was filthy). I spent the first evening we were there just cleaning the unit to my expectations. We were later told that we were to be the last renters in the unit because it was going to be replaced by the property management...had we known that we may have chosen another Avenue. We would love to stay there again ..but hopefully under better housing. The resort is located close to Zephyrhills and the club house, laundry facilities and pool are exceptional!
