Excellent customer service making sure I got exactly what I needed for my business. The staff took their time to carefully explain all the options and what would be best. Delivery was also a great experience. Gentlemen set up the chair and disposed of garbage. White chairs are not easy and he handled it with kit gloves. Outstanding!

UPS destroyed 1of2 boxes, and Salon Smart, undoubtedly was extremely fast at handling the situation with shipper and IMMEDIATELY reshipped another unit before the defective was even out of my hands. Amazing customer service!! We ordered 6 salon chairs, 3 shampoo bowls, and 4 floating stations. Of course with such a big order, there were a few hiccups with small missing pieces and a bit of damage from the delivery. Our rep. Paula was extremely quick to resolve any issue and sent us replacement pieces ASAP. Paula was extremely helpful and provided excellent service with her prompt responses and follow up! Very very happy customer here!
