I love this place, great service and great food. Great atmosphere. Just one thing to watch out for the menu, so much choices and want it all. The pumpkin pecan pie cheesecake was awesome. Forget about the diet walking in there, lol... oh yea, the salads are good...

Found plastic in the food. Two managers did visit us but did not apologize for platic being in the food. Felt more like we were an issue and not the mistake. It was very awkward. The food was remade but was not even hot but we didn't say anything. We paid for our food and dessert. Probably wont be back to this location.

Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite places for an occasion, but that doesn’t mean it’s excellent though. I like the decor in this place, however. It has clean floors and good color schemes. The service was good and friendly, but it took a long time to get to our table. The food here is generally good, but not great. The cheesecakes however always taste better than anything else though. The bread and crab dip were not too exciting, but the chicken Parmesan and Fried Shrimp were delicious. Both had good flavors in them. Overall, would recommend Cheesecake Factory! Just don’t expect it to be top notch.

I had the Korean BBQ. It was divine! The Arnold Palmer with sweet tea was refreshing. The little one has the marinara pasta & fries. She loved it. Said we need to come here more often. Both of us took home left overs. Service was great. Got seated quickly choosing to eat on the patio. They had the fans going so it nice.

Our waiter was having a hard time hearing us due to how loud it was inside, we basically had to yell our orders. We had to ask for more drinks, ask for the kids meal we ordered that hadn't arrived, and then for the drink that came with it. That being said, he was very sweet...maybe I didn't yell loud enough. Anyway, the food was fantastic... so good that I can't wait to go back. It's a lot on the pricey side so it will be a bit. Great meal as a big treat, as the Chinese chicken salad I ordered was $18.50!!!

What's not to Love ❤️ here??? From the delicious, never-ending menu options to the best Cheesecake in the world 🌎 😋 Never had anything that wasn't so yummy. Our server was really nice and had a great sense of humor. Can't wait to come back very, very soon!!

This place has such a wide selection on the menu that there will be something for everyone! The portion size is very generous and good price. The desserts are large enough to share with multiple people. Nice ambience and good service too. If you're going on a weekend evening then make a reservation in advance or be prepared to wait for 20-30 mins. Overall a great experience every time and we have been to Cheesecake factory several times over the years.

Having frequented this location numerous times, my recent visit was slightly disappointing. Service and ambience was on par, yet the food quality fell short of prior visits. The fried calamari appetizer was undercooked, pale in color and less crispy than expected. The fried zucchini appetizer was cooked perfectly and tasty. For the price, the burger appeared very generic and average at best. I don't understand why the kitchen decided to cut the burger in half. It certainly didn't make it more appealing and left it room temperature upon delivery. The shrimp pasta was much the same, poorly presented and just average in flavor. The pasta was to include asparagus, which is not evident, as prepared. Hopefully, on my next visit I'll be able to update this review with positive feedback and more photos of higher food quality.

Brought the family out for a nice dinner and our sever Stuart W. Made us feel right at home! People like him make the experience worth it! The food was phenomenal and filling. And of course we had cheesecake! Can’t go there without having a slice and there’s tons of options. Will definitely be back.

Visiting Tampa and meeting friends is always fun. We decided to check out Brandon area as we glanced over we found Cheesecake Factory and in an instant our friend and us decided we have to go here. The summer was on full peak as we walked in the tall pillars and mesmerizing ambience with cooler air conditioning made it all right. We had amazing server and she took care of our drinks , food and cheesecake was just the best thing happened that day.

Always enjoyed this chain. Never disappointed when I try something new. It funny because, family always says I pick the better plate.

Food was absolutely delicious with 1 exception. The rice was cooked a little harder than I like but flavor was absolutely amazing with Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp & Chicken. My husband got Steak Diana with Salmon combination. Red Velvet Cheesecake was so moist.

My cousins and I came for my birthday. We had a great time. Food was very good. Banana cream cheesecake...OMG Melts in your mouth!! We'll see you again soon.
