This weekend, I treated myself and went on the Dunedin Food and Craft Beer tour hosted by Tampa Bay Food Tours. While this is something I normally reserve for vacations, I have lived in the area for almost 10 years and can name only one place I have dined at in Dunedin. The Tampa Bay Food Tour was perfect for me. We went to 5 or 6 different establishments and I found two places I loved and most I would visit again. From mussels at Sea Sea Riders to dessert at Bon Appetite it was great experience. My favorite was the hogfish sliders at Hog Island Fish Camp. Something I may not have tried on my own but it was so GOOD. Then the tour guide shared that it can only be caught with a spear. Wait! What? And then there was the lobster quesadillas at the Lucky Lobster. So yummy! Plus I learned that lobster was originally food for the unprivileged. Lobster has come long way. If you have a free weekend, are an aspiring foodie, or just have guest in town. Check it out. It is a great way to try restaurants and the best part is you burn the calories while you eat!

The Tampa Bay Food Tour of Dunedin was fantastic! Kimberly was fun, casual, and extremely knowledgeable. The food and drink selections were well-positioned and perfectly timed. Our 70 year old parents were able to keep up just fine. A great way to check out beautiful, charming Dunedin!

Went on the Dunedin tour at the end of November, it was a great experience! I’ve grown up in Pinellas county and have been to downtown Dunedin many times, but never really experienced all the history and tasty restaurants! Alex was a fantastic tour guide! He was very knowledgeable of the area, and instead of being like most tour guides spewing out facts that are salted with dad jokes, Alex is very personable, and actually takes the time to talk individually with each person and makes everyone included. I highly recommend this experience whether you are visiting from out of town or being a tourist in your hometown!

Had a good time. With a front moving in, we felt a bit rushed, but were able to get to all the stops. Would have been nice to know more about the food choices in advance as the tour was very seafood heavy. Kimberly was accommodating though, making a few last minute adjustments to the menu.

This was an excellent tour! Alex, our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly!! The establishments were welcoming and prepared for us. We will be visiting each of our tour stops again! Communication and attention to detail with email, texts and food allergy support were outstanding! Thank you, Tampa Bay Food Tours! This was a wonderful way to spend our Saturday with family! Thank you to Kimberly for running an excellent program!

The downtown Tampa & Riverfront tour was disappointing and not what I expected for the price. Really- Jello shots. Rebecca was very friendly, knowledgeable about food, wine, etc, but while walking around Tampa Riverfront we could of use more information about Tampa instead of her promoting HER food services company.

Our corporate event was made truly exceptional thanks to Tampa Bay Food Tours and the incredible food tour guide Kimberly! From start to finish, her dedication to ensuring our group had an unforgettable experience was absolutely outstanding. Kimberly's flexibility stood out right from the beginning. She effortlessly accommodated our diverse dietary preferences and seamlessly adjusted the tour's itinerary to make it a more memorable experience for our out-of-town staff. Her knowledge of the local food scene was impressive, and she curated an assortment of delightful culinary stops that showcased the city's vibrant flavors. What truly set Kimberly apart was her infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for her craft. Not only did she guide us through the hidden gems of the city's culinary world, but she also doubled up as an amazing photographer! She expertly captured candid moments and curated snapshots of our team indulging in delicious dishes, allowing us to cherish these memories forever. We were thoroughly impressed by Kimberly's professionalism and her ability to effortlessly connect with each member of our group. She made sure to check with us prior to specific stops to make sure our team would be accepting - such as a stop to an 80’s themed bar for jello shots! One of our favorite stops! Her dedication to creating an enjoyable and seamless experience did not go unnoticed. Thanks to her, our team-building event turned into an adventure filled with laughter, great food, and lasting memories. Without a doubt, Kimberly's expertise, flexibility, and delightful personality made this food tour an absolute highlight of our corporate event. We cannot recommend her enough! If you're looking for an extraordinary culinary experience in Tampa guided by someone who goes above and beyond, Kimberly is the perfect choice. Thank you, Kimberly, for an outstanding food tour that surpassed all expectations. You made our event an absolute success, and we're incredibly grateful for the unforgettable experience you provided!

Went on the Dunedin tour and really enjoyed. All 6 places were owned and run by local families and we thought each one was really good and since we liove in the area, will return to enjoy. Our guide Alux was very informative3 and helped us enjoy the afternoon.

We had a fabulous time on the Riverwalk Dine & Wine Tour. Heather was the best food tour guide. She kept everyone engaged and laughing throughout the tour. The restaurants we visited were amazing and the last stop at the Tampa Club was unbelievable. Fantastic views. Highly recommend this tour and Heather!!

Alex went above and beyond any food your I’ve ever experienced. The stops were rich with history of the area, including the story of the restaurant origins. The tour was a good pace and a good value. Obviously the food was the highlight. If I could have eaten a whole lobster and shrimp pizza, I would have! Note: Get the margarita!

We did this tour as our Christmas luncheon with my real estate team this year. We had a wonderful time, enjoying the food and wine, as well as the beautiful restaurants and views in downtown St Pete. Each restaurant provided a first class experience and Kimberly was a fabulous guide. We are already planning for our next tour.

Fantastic food tour, Kimberly is the best, so much history, great food and great fun. We have done Tampa, Dunedin, and St. Pete food tours and highly recommend all3. When someone comes to visit us we try to give them a awesome experience and any of the three definitely qualify. Our family still talks about how much fun they had even more than two years later. Thanks Kimberly!!!

Attended the Dunedin Food Tour on Saturday 1/13/24, despite the chillier weather the food tour was excellent, we stopped off at 5 locations, and had a seafood theme, all very palatable and delicious. We fell in love with the Dunedin, lots of small Ma and Pa eateries which did not disappoint. Like the fact that adult beverages were included, and we got to try out different breweries, and seafood establishments which we likely wouldn't have known about. Met some nice people as well. We will definitely be coming back to Dunedin, as this tour was a great way to break the ice in our familiarity with the town. We loved the historical information Alex (tour guide) provided, and totally enjoyed the details of Dunedin establishments. Highly recommend the tour. Easy to book and available free parking helped. Overall excellent experience!
