Good place to live as long as you dont mind the new "friendly" manager Heather being so unfriendly. To many rules and regulations that they dont tell you about untill after you are moved in. NOT a family friendly place considering if you have a family it will cost you $10 more per head for your own kids to live with you over 2 people. No window AC units allowed. If you cant afford $400 per month electric for the big ones you surely wont be able to afford their demands of how to run the trailer YOU own yourself. Unless your mexican. Then she will let you do pretty much anything, like having people live in your sheds without charging you the $10 more. Be careful letting your kids play during the evening/night. The shed man tends to get drunk and pee all through his yard, Dont need any children seeing that.

I drove through this park today looking for a lot for a new mobile home. One word could sum it all up, “horrific”. There are many, many dilapidated homes throughout this park, additions added to homes that would never pass Hillsborough County Building Codes and debris in many yards. I noticed a few central air units on elevated stands indicating there may be some flooding issues. It’s shameful county code enforcement does inspect places like this and order the owners to clean up their act. People renting a lot or home in this park deserve better living conditions. I wish I was the owner of this park, give me a year and it would shine like a diamond. I wouldn’t put a home in this park or rent a home there. If I could have given them a true score it would be 0.

Nice & quiet place . Just needs the garbage truck to come around more haven’t seen them in a week & it’s just horrible outside with trash bags on the streets

well been renting here for about 4 weeks now ,staff is friendly, the maintenance guy is by himself so requests for new mailboxes to be put up etc... take a long while to get done ,needs more staff to help out. also be aware there was a,moving special that was never honored so be aware of that dont make the same mistake as i did ask always

It was the of the world's most unlikely place to stay in there and let alone try to make sure that my own kids are going to be safe as well.but rest assure I won't ...That place needs to be taken down and put back in the area model houses .

My girlfriend lives there. Most of mobile homes needs TLC, really creepy to walk alone in night time.

Really nice and quite place. Houses are really close together but other than that it's great. Even though I was just visiting.

Looks very shabby and not kept up with. Trailer on the inside seemed just ok, pretty beat up
