Highly disappointed & have never been through an experience like this with this Olive Garden in 19 years of eating at this location. I ordered Togo, pick up was at 9:30pm I arrived at 9:25pm . I asked 3 different people for my food, all hosts were sitting down taking pictures of themselves. No sense of urgency .Finally A host gave me my order @ 9:57pm, ripped my original receipt off of the bag which I thought was odd. Later realized he decided to take $4 tip for himself. I proceeded to my car, my food & bread sticks were cold. I politely asked for hot bread. It was returned to me with a smile, a tremendous amount of garlic & oil, as well as a huge bundle of hair wrapped around my bread sticks, one bread stick had a bite at the end of it which wasn't from me. At this point I had lost my appetite. They locked the door in my face as I walked up to the main door. I saved the food and returned it for my cash refund. I spoke to Manager Drew who instead of being apologetic, pointed the finger at me, saying: "you paid with a $100 dollar bill, you could imagine we get scammed alot" which has nothing to do with me. That was his reasoning for offering me a return in a gift card form instead of giving my cash back for his employees disgusting, disrespectful and malicious acts. He handed me my cash after 10 min unprofessional phone call, with no receipt & walked away. His employees are immature, rude & need to be fired. I pulled around to the togo area to ask for my original receipt which his host ripped off my bag, then I see the to go person ( who handed my bread to me with a smile the night I ordered Togo) she asked what I am here for. Which was none of her business as to why I was there. She insisted and proceeded to admit that she is for sure there was "No hair in my bread sticks" that she knew for a fact because her & another manager (the culinary manager ) helped bag it for her. I asked her how do you know I am here for a hair complaint? She was so scared she admitted it before I was able to turn my camera on . This is disgusting . The girl was about 30 years old long braids & glasses. I did not get an apology or an additional gift card for the inconvenience the blame was pointed at me. That I used a legal $100 (not my fault, I have $100 dollar bills) That's why I got wad of hair in my meal. & My original receipt taken off in front of me because his host scammed me & decided to take $4 for himself like he did something to deserve that. ( Never got my $4 back) He would not print me an original receipt or provide the host name, or other employees that were involved. The host who took my money was a (young white male) in the picture on his phone sitting down,and the togo person with the braids who put her hair. I will to complain to corporate. Eat at your own risk here. Unprofessional unsanitary and disrespectful. Disappointed how this entire situation was handled. These employees should not be able to serve here again, & need to be reprimanded not ignored.

First off, I am very pleased with my visit here for dinner. Second, our server, Leah, was absolutely outstanding. I called for a “reservation” at 6:30 to come at 8, we arrived at 8:00, sat down in the waiting area for all off 3 minutes, sat at a table 1 minute later, and ordered our drinks 1 minute after that. Within 10 minutes we had both an appetizer, mozzarella sticks, and drinks. Within 15 minutes of that we had our food. The table setting was just right, although we would have preferred a booth, I already noticed while coming inside that all the booths were taken, so no complaints to be had. I ordered myself an Italian Rum Punch, it was just right, with a main course of Herb-Grilled Salmon, and a side of Fagioli, soup, and ended it with a Black Tie Mousse Cake to go. My girlfriend had thee a… and don’t quote me here, Seafood Alfredo, a side of Salad, and a Strawberry cake to go All in all, the restaurant was very well maintained, lights were at just the right brightness, room noise was moderate, and the waiting area had plenty of seating. Furthermore, every staff member I encountered from the minute we walked in and the entirety of our dinner, was very polite, professional, and made our night out a great time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!

The food and service at this Olive Garden exceeded my expectations. The Chicken Marsala fettuccine was delicious 🔥 and of course, the endless salad and breadsticks alone are worth the trip to this restaurant. The server did a good job and got all of our orders right 👌 The food came out very fast, and we did not have to wait at all. Also, with inflation out of control these days, it was nice to see the final cost be about $30 per person. The only negative was that it was freezing 🥶 in this place. They had the AC cranked up to the max, which was a little uncomfortable, but it is springtime in Florida, and it beats the 90-degree heat, so I can't complain too much. So, I would definitely recommend eating here if you enjoy endless soup, salad, and breadsticks and Italian food. Just bring a hoodie or sweater with you, and it should be a pleasurable experience 👍👍

Our meal was made well to taste and the service was good; however, we were sat at a table by the bar (not because we asked for that table) and our waitress was the bartender. Shantaya did well with what she had to do work wise but quite frankly it meant our services was far from Great. She was expected to be the bartender for the entire restaurant and be out waitress? Not a good way to start. Management got this wrong! As an example to share we were already seated and placed our soup order when we saw another couple seated in the same area. They had their salad and and bread sticks were brought to them. This is all before we asked for bread sticks. It's frustrating and when you go out to eat you expect more.

Good food, and our waitress was professional. Unfortunately, I forgot to get her name, but the 4 star is for the busboy who wears a mask. A little rude in his way of demanding the empty dishes throwing his hand to you so you pass him the plates and doesn't even say thank you.

Customer service was good. Joined the waitlist online but couldn't "check in" until I walked into the restaurant which had us wait an additional 10 min. The food was good. I appreciated the waitress giving us suggestions to help make decisions when we were indecisive. The chicken and gnocchi soup is so good!! The dishes we chose were good as well. The chicken Parmigiano substitute Alfredo pasta. The fried ravioli was also a great pick. Reminded me of pizza bites.

Very Friendly and helpful server. I believe her name was Ashley. When I asked if it was possible to get the bread without the garlic salt, she said she would ask. Low and behold she came right back with a basket of Non garlic, but buttered bread!! Apparently she asked just as they made a fresh batch. Very much appreciated for going Above and beyond

Taste of the food is deteriorating. This was my 3rd and the last visit. We ordered chicken soup, which was like mac and cheese pasta and no-where close to soup. It was very thick and nothing like a soup. We weren't aware they charge for the games we play on the tablet placed on the table. It is nowhere mentioned they charge for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going to visit any Olive Garden nor suggesting this place to anyone.

Our mom takes my sister and I here every year for our shared birthday, 7 years apart. We've never had a bad experience and the food is always amazing. Our waitress, this year, was very knowledgeable and on point. We will be back next January and every year after, as long as we possibly can.

We got there about 1145, restaurant had only been open about 40 minutes, they sat us in the very back by the kitchen (smelled horrible) but the group next to my son and I were drunk as hell! Next it took almost 20 minute get our drinks, then my $25 shrimp Alfredo came out with hair in it…. the waitress was nice but she kept leaning and talking over my food. We ended up leaving and throwing the food away outside. This is the 2nd time I’ve been there and it will definitely be the last

We ate all sorry the food, sorry it was too late to take the pictures but at least we did not forget the dessert Toni went beyong she gave us a 5 stars service, Keep up the good work Tony.. Stay Blessed 🙌

I am a Programs Manager at Assisted Living Facility I brought in a group of 13 for lunch......... most with walker and one wheel chair Our Servers Lisa and Jay were absolutely the best From the start to the finish. Lisa is a total professional at her job and in every way she would go out of her way for my residents with a smile. She made our entire meal and visit the best ever. I could go on about every little thing she did to make us happy , but that would be a book / Just know that the service was outstanding and the food perfect. thank you all for making my group feel important and cared for.

Nothing more than below average. Atmosphere is nice, it has good potential, but the dining rooms are not very clean. There were overflowing trashcans around and cheese on the floor (from the waiters grating cheese over the floor then putting it on the plate from the grater. Just grate it directly over the plate). Our waitress was nice and friendly, but clearly untrained/new to the job. Too many dirty plates were left on the table for long periods of time. Food is probably worth 1/3 of the price asked, that’s all there is to say. Only food I enjoyed were the bread sticks (which are bought, not made in house), and the desert. You can do better.
