    SimonMed was an absolute godsend! I had a scheduled gender ultrasound at Tampa General that was canceled the day before my appointment. I was furious because they called to tell me just before closing, and since we at moving, I didn't have the opportunity to reschedule. My midwife at the hospital gave me the number to SimonMed. Since it was close to 5pm, I couldn't get a hold of anyone in the office; but I was able to schedule online. And wouldn't you know — they had not one, but several appointment times the next day! I was also able to do all of my paperwork online, so check-in was all of 30 seconds. The office staff and my technician were very friendly. The office was very clean and there was adequate parking. If we weren't moving, I would gladly take the drive to get other work done here, if needed.

    The office is welcoming, bright, and clean. The office staff is friendly and takes the time to explain the paperwork that is needed to proceed with your scan. I had a CT Scan and was escorted to the exam room by the most sweetest technician who was interested in my case. The gentleman helped me to the "scan table" and explained the procedure. It was quick and painless. No need to worry about having your scan done at SimonMed Imaging at Sun City Center.

    Beautiful, the reception was so cute the one girl was so nice, then when I sat down I was called quick I was there an hr earlier and was seen in 5 mins I felt so lucky. In the room Tammy had nice light music and dimmed lights for the ultrasound made me relax really helped with my anxiety. Thanks for making me feel safe. Will recommend!

    I love this place! So you ask why, the staff are very friendly and concerned. The wait for your appointment is usually short. You may wonder if the facility is clean, it sure is! Fast, really fast is the speed that you will get your results. Another bonus is they have a nice website with a patient portal if you so desire to use it. Bottom line is I think that they are the best Imaging center my area. So try them out you may find that they are your new image facility!

    The convenience of getting to this facility and the parking lot was great. That is where the good review ends. After one hour of waiting patiently after I signed in at 10:20 for a 10:30 appointment I went to the so called receptionist and asked her where I was on the waiting list. When she showed me the list I saw that my name was already crossed off and there were seven names crossed off after mine. She claimed she called my name and I told her no way. I have been sitting here and listened to every name and saw someone go in for each. She never called me claiming she did to cover up her incompetence and now she asks me for my ID and insurance card which she never asked me for when I came in and signed the log. Then she tells me I have a $45 dollar copay which I knew was incorrect. It was obvious to me she was not very competent at the job and did not know what she was doing. On top of this I still had to wait another 30 minutes to get a 10 minute scan because a technician did not come in and one tech was doing two jobs. So I was there an hour and a half due to their mismanagement.

    40 minute wait for a STAT chest x-ray/- this, when there was only one other patient waiting ahead of me! Long wait has happened to me here once before also. For long waits, please consider handing out a pager to the patient so she/he can leave the waiting room if necessary. The radiology tech was polite, helpful and efficient. The report was visible on the portal in 4-5 hours. I greatly appreciated these aspects of the service. S. Kotagal, M.D.

    This is the first time we come to this office and everyone is nice from the front desk to the techs. My ultrasound was done by Tammy and I loved it not only because we saw our baby but because she was explaining to us what she was doing what was what. Beside, she was very nice with my other children that went with us! I loved the experience in this center specially.

    I had an appointment for the first time here. My experience here was wonderful. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. I only waited a couple minutes and my name was called. I was greeted by two nice and professional women named Tammy and Erica. They turned out to be my technicians that performed my ultrasound. I felt comfortable during the whole process. Everyone was organized and professional. I’m definitely going to schedule my mammogram with them.

    With regards to my appointment, everyone was very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is the MRI machine, which was said to be 3x powerful. It is also 3x noisier. The ear plugs were not very helpful. The noise caused a piercing pain in my ears. My ears were ringing for several days after. They REALLY NEED noise canceling headphones, PLEASE. Their website to fill out paperwork online for appointment is impossible, it keeps taking me in a circle. The chat option keeps ending the session. Upon trying to call their office, you are put on hold then it hangs up on me??

    The experience was very good, but there was one issue. The personnel and X-ray/ultrasound were very professional and friendly. An extremely nice event. The multitude of Contacts for notifications were way, way, Way to,many. I don’t join business or medical portals. I don’t have time to review every sites terms and conditions. I have the choice Use a portal or go early. Let that be enough rather than a constant barage of text messages and emails.

    Super friendly staff, very very helpful & makes you feel so comfortable. I had a mammogram & had the best technician ever!! So caring & friendly. I wish I could remember her name🤔. She deserves recognition for her professional & caring manner! Also the girl at the front desk,she too was very helpful,kind & professional & needs to be recognized! You have a great staff at this location!!

    Your here because you need testing, and I’m sending you warm wishes for positive results in whatever testing you have completed. Should you need imagining, the Sun City SimonMed is a joy to visit. Our family went on one day to have several different tests conducted. Their team did an amazing job to schedule everything in a tight succession, so we could get in and out quickly. The Sun City team was beyond accommodating to special needs/requests we had, and they made my family feel even more at ease. My only complaint is that there is no music during a MRI. Otherwise the place is well equipped with machinery and had a very sanitized atmosphere. Delphine is a sweetheart and a wiz with the IVs. Nancy is knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond helpful! Marcelo took great care in everything he did. And Karen is brilliant and beyond helpful. Tammy did a good job, too. Also, I love the online scheduling for tests. Do yourself a favor, complete the online forms/paperwork before your appointment, you won’t regret it! Their mobile platform is very appealing and user friendly, too.

    Check in was great.MRI and staff in the back were wonderful. My only problem was checkout. Everyone was at lunch. No sign, nothing. I waited and waited. One person was at the counter and finally she old me it wasn't her job to check out people. She saw me standing there. Pretty rude. Everyone else was great!!

    I absolutely loved my technician! Even though he has been doing this for years, he still showed me compassion (recent kidney removal due to cancer), he truly listened, and he made sure that my questions were answered. When my actual order conflicted with what was in the computer, he contacted the insurance company and then came out to let me know what was going on so that I wasn't just sitting there wondering.

    Very efficient, welcoming and warm. The technician was awesome and put me at ease for my procedure. The front desk staff was totally fabulous too! The facility was bright, airy and clean with plenty of parking and conveniently located. I highly recommend.

    Unfortunately I have been to many doctor's offices.. and it's not always pleasant... Totally different situation here! Karen at the front desk is the most competent, professional, and amazing human being I have encountered in a long time! Simon imaging is very fortunate to have her! Delphine was also super helpful and made my MRI go swimmingly. Thank you so much Karen and Delphine!!

    I loved how pleasant the front receptionist was. She had a great personality and was very welcoming. The technician that took me back was awesome. He explained everything in great detail to me. I really appreciated that. He was so kind and gentle. I am so glad I had him. He put me at ease with everything.
