I cannot say enough good things about Florida Solution Air and the owner, Iran. He has come to my home three times to service an old system that he did not install. Each time he has addressed the situation and repaired my old unit. He has never tried to sell me a new unit but has always been candid with me about the age and condition of my existing unit. I keep waiting for it to fail but he keeps fixing it! The first two times we had to call him was for emergency service -- on a Sunday night both times. He came within a few hours. Today was no different. I called around noon and he was already finished and gone by 2:15pm. Also, he has always been fair with his pricing and he did not charge me a premium for coming out on a Sunday night. Unheard of. Call Iran if you are having an issue with your AC unit. In SWFL, it is very nice to know that your AC man is honest. I find this company very refreshing to deal with. I will certainly be contacting them when my old unit finally does need replacement.

I am always hesitant when contacting a service person for repairs on things such as air conditioning because it seems there are so many companies out there that are questionable when it comes to honesty and integrity. After reading all the positive reviews I contacted Florida Solution and was amazed at how quickly Iran was able to come and address my problem. This guy is a life saver I had family in town on the 4th of July my AC went out and I called Florida Solution Air and Iran came to my house on a holiday weekend and fixed my problem quickly for a fair price, he even installed my new thermostat. When it was time to replace my AC he got me scheduled, showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job,he answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your AC needs!

I’ll start by saying that the owner Iran is very honest. I trust this company 100%. They installed an entire new system including air ducts in our house a few years ago and their entire team of techs are very professional! They are the only A/C company I trust to do our preventative maintenance as well. I know that I am not going to get any surprises and everything will be shown and explained to me. Iran is courteous and punctual. Of all the different service people I have had here in the last 6 years he is the only one I would rate a 5.

Iran came Within hours Of my first call. He did a full inspection of my attic and the old HVAC system before giving me a quote. He also explained and showed me what was needed and provided rational. Iran and his staff showed up on time the next day and went straight to work. They worked nonstop, quietly and like a well oiled engine. The three men were very respectful and courteous. I was totally impressed with how well they worked together, they obviously worked together for a long time. One of the workers boasted of how much he liked his job and his respect for the owner (Iran). I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. The price was great for the value and service.

I want to say that these guys are awesome! They were spotted in my neighborhood by my son, lol, our AC was not working. I flagged them down and not only did they stop and fix my AC, they were so nice and acted as if it were not 8 pm and they were on their way home, super nice people!

We had an issue with our AC over the weekend. Called on Sunday evening and spoke with the owners. Amazing response. The unit was fixed first thing Monday morning. Even more Amazing response! We have been blessed with this relationship since they installed the system a few years ago. They go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied with their service.
