I
registered
at
this
gym
at
12/21/22,
paid
the
$1.07
to
register
(they
had
a
promotion
going
on).
On
January
as
I
came
back
to
workout,
I
was
DENIED
ENTRANCE,
as
they
claimed
my
account
did
not
exist
on
their
system,
and
even
after
showing
them
that
I
had
been
billed,
they
claimed
I
wasn't
registered,
and
would
not
be
charged
any
monthly
fees.
Upon
being
reassured
I
wasn't
a
member,
I
signed
up
at
another
gym.
On
January
23rd,
I
was
charged
a
membership
fee
of
$32.09.
I
drove
to
the
gym
and
spoke
to
a
manager.
This
person
told
me
he
was
going
to
get
it
solved
and
my
money
refunded,
and
would
reach
out
to
me.
I
was
never
contacted.
Upon
being
charged
again
on
February
21st
for
the
amount
of
$53.49
(Annual
Fee)
and
$32.09
(Membership
Fee),
I
returned
to
the
gym
to
question
why
I
was
being
charged
if
my
membership
"did
not
exist",
and
why
I
hadn't
received
my
refund.
I
spoke
with
Jacob
Noble
on
this
day,
the
location's
General
Manager.
He
then
told
me
to
contact
ABC
Fitness,
as
not
even
the
General
Manager
could
access
my
account
to
either
refund
me
or
cancel
my
subscription.
I
called,
didn't
receive
any
help
from
ABC
Fitness,
I
gave
my
phone
to
Jacob
Noble,
so
he
could
try
to
resolve
the
issue
with
ABC
Fitness,
he
was
also
not
able
to.
He
then
wrote
a
comment
on
the
account
he
could
pull
up,
which
according
to
their
system
wasn't
being
charged,
saying
that
ABC
Fitness
was
supposed
to
issue
a
full
refund,
considering
I
was
being
charged
for
a
service
I
WAS
NOT
BEING
ALLOWED
TO
USE,
and
told
me
to
email
ABC
Fitness.
After
multiple
emails,
I
reached
back
to
Jacob
Noble,
and
informed
him
my
problem
had
not
been
solved.
His
superior
was
able
to
pull
my
account,
and
they
gained
access
to
it,
however
at
this
point
they
claimed
they
would
NOT
ISSUE
THE
REFUND,
and
the
best
they
could,
do
was
cancel
my
subscription
without
charging
me
any
extra
fees.
I
was
charged
a
total
of:
$149,76
for
a
membership
I
wasn't
allowed
to
use.
I
expect
a
FULL
REFUND.
