Reading others reviews, it’s obvious Tim wasn’t just treating us poorly but other customers as well. We just wanted to print a PDF file, the printer was giving us an error. Tim was annoyed the entire time. Super condescending. Leaned against another printer a few feet away from us and waited for us to repeat the process instead of being proactive about the situation. My husband and I felt really uncomfortable. We were being polite and friendly with him. Will be going out of my way to another FedEx next time. I’m sure he’ll be glad since he clearly hates his job.

Need better employees. The old guy is less than helpful and clearly he hates his job. Don't go to this unless you know exactly what you want and how to use THEIR systems. If you ask for a help they'll just hand you a card with a website on it and say "good luck."

Never visit this place if you have business to attend to such a shipping or copying any documents.. 6 or 7 crew members behind the counter walking around looking like zombies. They'll just scarf and point to you to go to the other side of the store the store and make your own copies with their temperamental machines. You're completely lost don't go there

I ran into issues with another company for time-sensitive prints. After the stress of working to urgently find a solution, this office helped get things done in a quick fashion and with a hospitable attitude. Highly recommend using this office.

Horrible customer service when you go in a store and need help and they make you feel stupid for not knowing how to do something

Seems like the Management is apathetic about the quality of a basic customer service that’s provided by some employees. Not surprised by the overall rating of this location.

Horrible customer service, absolutely unreasonable pricing. Paid $200 to ship 2 TWO regular size papers to another country. One way ticket is $259 now... I Will never come back. This is what being quasi monopoly allowes you to do as a company... You can get away with all kinds of crazy prices.

A Fedex driver today stopped in my street at around 5pm, and trying to turn around took down my tree, my mailbox and my neighbor mailbox. Then he run away without delivering any package!

I had a package shipped by fedex from bestbuy. They delivered it to the completely wrong address, not even the same street! These people are idiots of the biggest magnitude. Now I have spent hours going back and forth between the 2 companies to get reimbursed for a $60 item. Fedex just keeps sending me back to bestbuy and bestbuy back to fedex. I highly recommend never shipping through these 1/2 brained people. They can't even deliver it to the street on the package. How much stupider can you be? I sincerely hope the delivery driver sees this and knows what I think of them for being too lazy to make sure it's delivered to the correct place and wasting my time. May you have the Karma you deserve.

I live in Venice but work in Sarasota and I have had to stop in there a couple times and have always been amazed by the wonderful customer service and the willingness of the employees to help you. I wanted to give a shout out to to Alla, she is awesome.

Margaux herself did a fine job servicing me but they now have a $2.50 surcharge for any work they do behind the counter! I guess it's a substitute for a tip jar. Corporate America once again nickel and diming us to no end!

The staff was immediately helpful and made my experience very easy. I was able to email them the shipping label from the company I was returning an item from. They helped me tape up my box. They had the label ready to go for me in less than a minute. Stuck it on, took my box, and that was it. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I know in the past it seemed that staffing issues were having an effect but at 6pm it was completely fine.

Came to get a few party invitations printed and had amazing help from the gentlemen working. Would recommend anyone to come in for your printing needs.

Jack was Amazing! He took the time to help return a difficult package and even boxed it up for me (because I failed to properly read the directions). Definitely a first class store and employees that go above and beyond! Thank you 💞

Needed to print something off that was very time sensitive. I rarely need to print stuff and am one of those luddites without a printer at home. Anyway, FedEx was the only place open on A late Sunday afternoon. So I popped into here and emailed the document to them. You then get an access code back that you plug into their printer and that's pretty much it. About 10 cents a page B&W. Note that the printer will default to color and that will cost you more, so be careful to unselect that option. Store is easy to access and free parking right outside, staff are excellent also.

Very rude Middle Eastern older guy. I came in and used an unattended Kiosk to print. He came over as I was wrapping up with my print job, questioning me for using it as he said a girl he walked over with was in the middle of something I had somehow wrongly exited out of. LOL? How would I have known, noone was near it even when I first entered the store and it takes a bit to go through the steps...so she was in line awhile. I didnt even notice if anything was up on the screen and why would I think someone was using it if I had no reason to? I answered him that I had started using it and he continued to ask me if I had brought my stuff up even after I answered him, making it super awkward. Instead of them going to another print I had to go to another to just avoid his awkwardness. Get better help this guy is a joke.

Good FedEx center, but terrible delivery at all. My international shipment packages was totally messed up

Great service! This lovely women made my daughters day by helping us track and find a package that we were waiting for as we were leaving Florida to our home country Iceland. Didnt get her name but Ástarþakkir like we would say in Iceland.

To be honest after seeing all the negative reviews, it almost deterred me away from this store. I’ve always had positive experiences with FedEx printing so I decided to still work with this place - and I’m so glad I did. I needed a few things printed out and a presentation booklet printed same day. I did an online order sent to the store but unfortunately something happened with my order and the store never received it. I was in a huge time crunch so I just called the store directly and Matt was more than ready to help. I emailed him my documents and he got my order ready within 10 minutes. He was super friendly and was patient with all my questions. I ended up making another order the next day and he got it ready first thing in the morning. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you - this is a great store with great staff. I will continue to come here for all my printing needs.
