Update: As an update I dropped off a letter at the facility and was contacted the next working day by the Facility Director to tell me I was correct, that I should have been informed of all charges at time of service, and that he would take the additional $752 in charges off my account. -- 1st post: Good service but problems with charges I didn't authorize nor was I informed about. The primary doctor was very nice, but the ultrasound technician was a bit cold and rude. I was shown in advance in writing and told that the only two charges I would incur were $361.00 and for the initial visit, $199.00, both of which I have credit card receipts and proof I paid that day on the spot. However, I later received a bill with an additional $752.00 in charges that I did not authorize and was not informed of.

Thank you GuideWell Emergency Doctors for proving me that not all emergency doctors are rude! From the moment I came in you were very polite and super helpful. The facility was modern and very clean and the check-in went very quickly. It didn’t take long until I could speak with the doctor who listened to all my concerns and took care of what I needed. You didn’t have any problems that my english wasn’t perfect and answered patiently my questions if I didn’t understand something. I appreciate that a lot! Thank you for the great experience!!

This was such a bad experience. The front desk team used to be great what happened ? They were rude today and one was doing social studies homework didn't even look up. They treated me terrible. They were both so very incompetent about company standards and how to treat a patient I felt so disrespected and left in pain. They couldn't tell me an estimated wait time then 20 minutes later come over to tell me updated doc error there is now a long wait time... just wasted my time... I would've been happy if they told me in the beginning the doctor was experiencing issues... I would have just left and came back the next day. Very disappointed. Used to love this place. Don't recommend at the moment especially for urgent care.

I went to this facility and, wow! What a remarkable experience. From the ease of check-in to the expedited care, the whole experience was exceptional! The front staff were friendly and I was registered quickly. It was no time before I made it to my room in the back and met Lonnie, Elijah and Sherry. Dr . Hammond was very thorough and listened to my concerns. She made sure to include me in her decision of a discharge plan. All of you clinical team were friendly and professional. Labs were also ordered and took no time at all, thanks to your lab personnel, Naz! I will definitely be recommending your facility to everyone. Thank you for everything you all do for our community! :)

I found this facility through a recommendation by my healthcare provider, Florida Blue. It was a fairly new, state of the art equipped medical clinic. The staff was extremely friendly and assisted me in navigating the electronic check in system. The medical staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable, taking the time to gather the information necessary to diagnose my injury. The whole process went rather quickly. I would definitely use them again, as well as highly recommend them to others.

I received excellent care and quickly!!! I threw my back out and they were so helpful and accommodating. I was in horrible pain and they went way above my expectations to get me diagnosed and comfortable. I’m so grateful to each caregiver from the receptionist to the Doctor and Nurses and assistants. My deepest thanks, and highest praise!

My five year old broke his leg playing on the playground. I brought him here for care and everyone from the doctor to the nurses to the office staff went so far above and beyond to care for us. They were so gentle with my little guy while taking care of all the needed X-rays and getting him splinted up and comfortable. I had my two other children with me, and we hadn’t gotten a chance for supper. The staff found them snacks and juice, a goodie box of toys, and chatted with them while I was with my 5 year old for X-rays. No one seemed rushed or impatient with us, even though we ended up being there well past closing time with all the paperwork, X-rays, and splinting needed. So glad we chose to go here when we needed emergency care!

I highly recommend GuideWell to everyone that needs to be seen by a doctor. I sometimes prefer going here over my physician just because GuideWell is so quick to get you in and out as well as getting the help you need from doctors and nurses that truly care. I’ve been to emergency rooms and urgent cares countless times and I just feel like since Covid doctors and nurses don’t have the patience for anyone anymore but GuideWell really does amaze me. They’re able to do almost everything an emergency room can do and it’s very clean and modern as well! I’ve never had to wait long and everyone who works here is super friendly!

Best experience. Very thorough, no wait time they can do x-rays and CT scans right there and also has a radiologist to read the report. When you leave you get a full print out of everything that you experience that day, along with the CD of any images that they took. Will certainly spread the word.

Another great experience from start to finish. This time I brought my child in to be evaluated for flu, strep and COVID. Check-in with Shania was a very pleasant and efficient experience. Megan was our triage nurse and she was so personable and light- spirited while taking vitals and she wrapped my son in a warm blanket per his request. Dr Fosen's bedside manner was outstanding and Nurse Mari came in with the medications and even offered me water and a warm blanket. I have always had 5 star here. As a healthcare professional myself, I highly recommended this facility. Staff here is just top notch!

I am so thrilled to have found GuideWell. I had an emergency on a Sunday and thank God for this amazing urgent care facility. I was able to call ahead and made an appointment. I was taken immediately into this beautiful facility with a most friendly caring staff. Lab work and most anything you need is done right there. I highly recommend GuideWell.

What a pleasant surprise! I had no idea that a walk in “clinic” could be such a good experience. So, this place looks like a clinic but it is a legit ER by design. I am a paramedic with the fire department and I run to A LOT of clinics for patients. I end up transporting them to an ER because most clinics in Pinellas County can’t handle more than a runny nose. GuideWell has actual DOCTORS & ER level diagnostic equipment!! So, not only can doctors diagnose the issue but they can actually TREAT IT too!! What a concept. My co-pay was the same as a clinic and if you have Florida Blue Cross/Shield your first 2 visits are free because they are owned by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Don’t hesitate to use this resource for your medical needs. By the way the staff was helpful, happy, supportive and professional. Thank you Dr. Wallace, Cindy & Liz!!

I visited Guidewell for the first time this past Friday, as I was worried I was getting bronchitis. The place looks small from the outside, but when I walked in, I was super impressed. It was massive, and kind of like a mini ER. Very clean, everyone was insanely nice, and they were very efficient. I was in and out within an hour, and that included an X-Ray and breathing treatment (as I did have bronchitis). I will definitely be back!!! I had no idea how many things that they handle there. Highly recommend. My husband ended up going later on to make sure he wasn't also sick, and had a very similar experience.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Everyone you meet is happy!!! Doctors are great!!! I got in and out in less than an hour with a script and additional information with FAQ's to help with questions I may ask later.

By far, the best experience I have ever had at a clinic. I had a serious issue and not only was I quickly and correctly diagnosed, but the doctor personally reached out to a surgeon and got me scheduled for surgery the next day. The place was spotless, the staff was friendly and respectful at all times. This will absolutely be my go to clinic for any urgent issues.

I can’t say enough about this place. It is definitely my new go to urgent care. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is extremely clean and everybody operates in such an organized fashion. I have been twice now, and I’ve made an appointment online and they get me in right away. it really makes being sick and more pleasant experience

Booked an appointment for my wife and had no difficulties providing the necessary insurance information online so the process was streamlined. Dr. Wallace and RN Lonnie treated us effectively and with compassion. We felt well taken care of at this new facility and rank it as the best urgent care experience we have had in the years we have lived in St. Petersburg.

I had an extremely positive experience at this urgent care. I walked in about an hour before close and was in a room in about 5 minutes. Everyone introduced themselves as to who and what they were and explained what they were going to do. Everyone was very friendly and concerned for my wellbeing. I even received two calls to check on me a day after my visit. I would highly recommend GuideWell!!

I can't say enough positive things about this office and its staff. The two times I've visited I have felt welcomed, attended to, and thoroughly cared for! Care is efficient and the staff is really on top of keeping up with patients; if I've ever had to wait the staff gives me a heads up on the actual wait time for certain procedures, etc and makes sure I'm ok with waiting, which is such a 180 from typical urgent cares where you sit wondering what's going on for hours. Both times I've gone, I went in with questions about symptoms that I couldn't assign to any specific illness, and I felt like the entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything was OK and get me the care I needed so that I left fully at-ease with a plan in place for my care.

Loved my experience with GuideWell Emergency Doctors. Easy to book an appointment, everyone was so nice, and very clean. Would highly recommend going there instead of an ER if you think something is urgent but not necessarily deadly. I was very impressed!

My first time at GuideWell and I like it because two ladies on front desk are really explaining very nicely and they are very friendly. Back employee is very nice to and most what I like is very clean and friendly, smile faces there. Lady doctor Karlene explaining very slowly and help me with my sickness what to do or what to do not. I was greeted when I arrived and quickly expedited through the registration process. I waited about 15 minutes in waiting room and 5 minutes in exam room. The physician was great at explaining what she was going to do and why. She examined me. We discussed a plan and I was out in 19 more minutes. The medicine she prescribed has cleared up the problem. I’m impressed!

Seriously the best Urgent Care facility I have been to ever. The facility was state of the art, extremely organized and clean. Ran like a top notch hospital. The staff were fast, efficient, worked as a well oiled machine, knowledgeable, super kind with a sense of humor that eased my stress. Within minutes I had a diagnosis, and excellent non judge mental advice. Armed with a package of test results I was on my way to the hospital. No beds available at the Inn, but the ER team used the package of information combined with their own to treat me in the triage room. Can’t say enough about this facility!

I couldn't say how it is I might have received better care. I had a top notch experience during a really painful and scary situation. Everyone working with me was professional and knowledgeable, and perhaps most importantly, friendly and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Hammond, Lonnie, and Chase for their attentiveness, clear communication, warm bedside manner. I also want to thank the person who did the CT scan (sorry, I don't recall your name), and special thanks to the young woman at the front desk (sorry I don't recall your name) who worked so hard to get me setup for a smooth direct admit to the hospital.

Guidewell's staff was capable, knowledgeable and comforting. It was a much more efficient and personal experience than the usual ER trip, yet never felt like I was receiving less than top-notch medical treatment at a pro facility. Nobody WANTS to go to the ER, but if you need care that may be more serious than walk-in urgent care, this was comparable to yet far less stressful or frustrating than a trip into the full depths of the hospital system.

Wonderful experience! The facility is beautiful. ALL staff members were extremely welcoming and thorough. I only wish my primary care experience could be 1/2 this good. Thank you for caring about what you do and treating you patients as you would want your family members to be treated!

I love this place more than my own pediatrician. Fully equipped to handle a variety of medical services like x-rays and iv fluids. My kids love it. Staff has excellent bedside manners. Did I forget to mention your in and out. What's better when you or your little isn't feeling well.

I have never had an urgent care experience like this one. It was remarkable from start to finish. There was not one staff member who wasn't attentive, kind, and skilled beyond the mark. They are pretty much a full scale facility and offered me a variety of sources until they got to the route of my symptoms. I had Dr. Karlene and you could really tell she treats patients holistically, looking at all the symptoms and covering all of her bases. She was a great MD. This place was a breath of fresh air compared to regular urgent cares. I am incredibly grateful to your staff, thank you!
