Very happy with my experience here. Not only are the staff super friendly, but my appointment started exactly on time! The facility is very clean. I highly recommend this MRI if you are claustrophobic or you hurt when laying down. I could not get through a normal MRI, but actually dozed off in here.

The best MRI you can imagine. It is wide open, you can sit in a very cool environment which makes you comfortable. If you are afraid of going please do not worry. You can see the doctor anytime through a big window. He offered me to check on me all 7 minutes. Very nice people working there.

I have used them several times and was very pleased with the service. I needed to get a MRI for my gson. The imaging center the MD referred to was going to take almost 2 weeks and that was after multiple calls. Spoke with Angela (the best!), she called MD office and gson had his MRI the same night. Stopped by today with new imaging order for my son and they dropped everything to get him in the computer and get him scheduled.

Lisa and the MRI tech were some of the most friendly and caring people I've met. I've been to this location in Ormond Beach about 4 times. It is always immaculate and organized, and the staff is always helpful and efficient. It has always been a pleasure to go to this location. Ladies, please keep up the excellent work and customer service.

Very efficient staff. I had to have three different MRI’S and the tech was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable for each stage of the process. I would highly recommend this facility. They also called and confirmed my appointment two times and when I arrived, I was processed within minutes.

MRI experience was fine but be cautious of billing. They refuse to send required documentation to my insurance and are trying to force me to pay the bill in full. I’ve never dealt with such stupidity.

I took my gmom to her MRI Appointment and they took forever with her appointment. They move slow here. Also Tessa one of the staff members was very rude and unprofessional in front of my 12 year old niece.

8/19/21- Just had an MRI here. WOW What a pleasure. I've had several in a tube, and a few open, this is by far the very best of all of them. The people are courtious and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone needing an MRI.
