Giudizio sul ristorante. Ottima cucina con una buona varietà di scelte tra preparazioni contemporanee con ingredienti anche non locali. Ho molto apprezzato molto i tagliolini con ragù bianco dal gusto delicato e dal sapore estivo. Carne molto buona e ottima cottura. Antipasti e dolci nella media. Consigliato senz'altro per la terrazza all'aperto dalla quale si può godere di una bellissima vista panoramica.

Rocca Massima's jewel in my opinion. Food & Beverage of finest quality served by friendly staff. The ambient suitable for any kind of lunch or dinner - couples, family or festivities. Must mention the view from up there, it embraces the entire valley towards the sea and if you are fortunate enough to dine on their terrace on a warm summer's night you can see all the lights down below. We haven't slept there as we live nearby but know of people who have and they loved their B&B offer. Thank you

Amazing! Wonderful! Just perfect in so many ways! The staff were helpful and kind, the room was perfectly sized for us for one night, clean, tidy and very comfortable bed and good temperature room on a hot 30'+ degree day , the view overlooking the valley was breathtaking and the location for Fly in the Sky the next morning was brilliant. A view filled 2 minutes away. Ohh and the breakfast is gorgeous. With cereals and juices, to Jams and sweet cakes. And fresh coffee made as you arrive downstairs, very happy morning indeed. The restaurant in the hotel is very popular and the menu looked very tasty. If you have the chance to book a room here, definitely do it!

Trattoria che aspira a qualcosa di più... Alcune presentazioni dei piatti simpatiche. Cibo buono, ma senza punte emozionali importanti. Buono il tortino alle mele, che per essere il piatto che ricordo con più affetto è un tutto dire... Camerieri acerbi e uno in particolare senza sorriso. Cantina dei vini interessante... Per il conto abbiamo atteso 15 minuti...

Location e qualità del ristorante ai massimi livelli. Pranzo con vista sull'immensa pianura ai piedi dei castelli romani. Ottimi i piatti, gustosi e creativi: dall'antipasto di verdure e polenta fritta, i tagliolini al tartufo, le polpettine assortite, un baccalà strepitoso, fino ai dolci fatti in casa.

Locale molto particolare, posizionato su più livelli, o meglio, terrazze con un panorama mozzafiato, internamente molto carino e accogliente, la struttura è antica, ben ristrutturata, con il sapore di palazzo storico. Il cibo è buono, ben preparato, sapori classici e moderni ben miscelati. Lo staff è molto dinamico, gentile e attento al cliente.

Imperdibile per lo spettacolare panorama, ma non meno per la buona cucina. Piatti non scontati, gustosi ben cucinati e con ottime materie prime, invitano senz' altro a tornare per assaggiare il resto del menù. Ottimi piatti anche senza glutine. Dolci squisiti

Ottimo luogo con ottimo cibo. Peccato la confusione che è stata veramente fastidiosa soprattutto per le tavolate con bambini urlanti non controllati dai genitori . Proporrei di non inserire due grandi tavolate nella stessa sala con questa tipologia di utenti.
