Decent food. The worst service I've ever experienced. I went last year and it was just as bad. I was in a hurry and they had no customers so I gave them a second chance. And again the super arrogant heavyset male waiter was rude and made me sit at a dirty table when others were clean. They even managed getting my food and coffee order wrong. They are still terrible at customer service. The only way they must survive is tourists that don't read reviews or are desperate for a table. They do have a nice spot next to the aqueduct but that is the end of the good things about this place. Never again! Oh and severely overpriced.

Do not come here. This place is a total ripoff. My wife and I ordered the breakfast which was for €4 each. We wanted some eggs so we ordered two eggs (1 per person). They charged us €5 for two eggs. I asked then if this was correct, because it was only for two eggs. They said it was and waited for me to pay. Food was mediocre.

The worst mc Donald's we've ever visited. Meat in a chicken burger was like a shoe sole. Also almost 30% of items has been forgotten and we returned to counter several times.

Firstly, we got lured in. Then the service was very unfriendly. The dishes were very small, tasteless and too expensive. Would not recommend this awful tourist trap. Hope i don’t get food poisoning. 🤮🤮🤮

Ordered 2 burgers. The food was ok - nothing special. Quite expensive place, but look where you r. A waiter guy is trying to be nice, while waitress with African braids is trying her best to be as mean as possible.

Pricey lunch. I ordered the Chorizo and it was like rubber. Inedible. Go elsewhere.

Food was really great, we ordered the cochinillo menu for 2 persons which included pan, wine, salad and of course the 1/4 cochinillo which was very tasty—the skin's crunchy and the cochinillo itself was very savoury! The menu also includes a postre but they had a limited option when we were there so we got coffee instead. The staff were very attentive too. Had a great experience in this restaurant despite the negative reviews.

Food was really really good!!! They serve big portions and all of the staff was friendly-- they even made sure if we were enjoying the food or if we needed something else. Thay are very attentive and THE VIEW AND LOCATION IS TO DIE FOR!! It's very very beautiful and overall great restaurant! Highly highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I visited this restaurant on our vacation to Spain, we were in several places and here in Segovia we were delighted with this place.

One of the most wonderful paella that I had and complement my visit at Spain. Next time I’ll go back to Spain that will be the first place I visit.

Disagree with the bad reviews. The service was good, table and dishes were clean. Food was good and expensive, but you pay for view, I think its obvious.

I love the food here. As a tourist to this beautiful country I came across this place and the food was amazing. The staff was so courteous and made my stay comfortable and asked if I needed anything. Totally went out of their way for my family as we stayed there. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Spanish cuisine. 😊 💕

Bad customer service, too slow service, food not good

Food taste is way below the Spain cuisine flavor. Not tasty and pricy.

The staffs were very kind and friendly and have english menu. The appetizer that they gave us for try was amazing. I wish I could have it as a main dish. Overall, foods were okay than how it rated in google map.
