My father, who is 91 years old, has been a resident for more than 5 and a half years. You have to start from the fact that it is a center for valid people. It's like living in a big family, we couldn't be happier, from the reception staff - Verónica and M. Carmen -, nurses - Toñi, Pilar and more - assistants, Beni management, animation, - sorry for everyone I left out -, they are always aware of them. I think that the most important thing apart from the activities is the atmosphere that the entire staff creates every day, there is joy in the Residence. My father feels affection, closeness, tranquility and trust, which is the most important thing at those ages. Thank you.

We have enjoyed the Residence for a while due to illness. We can only praise the exquisite treatment from the Director (Doña BENI), the Nurses, the Ladies at the reception, in short, all the staff. Although it was not in my plans to reside in a Residence, we have been very happy. But....not all Ballesols are the same. !!!No!!! We stayed in another 15 days and left in a hurry.

I am very satisfied and grateful to all the staff at Ballesol Parque Almansa. It was my aunt's home for more than 15 years, she lived there and felt at home. It is a residence with pleasant facilities, very clean, with professional, warm and very humane staff. My aunt there was very well cared for 24 hours a day.
