Apartment was very comfortable, and warm, with a good bathroom and kitchen. Easy to find the office to get the keys. However, better to arrive during office hours as the automatic check-in didn't work, and I had to check-in in person at the office. Apartment in a good central location, near old town. Parking with a discount at Plaza Espana, 5 minutes walk. Great value and would recommend for a short stay.

We stayed one night to explore Cuenca. The room is spacious and had everything. There's a common kitchen, with coffee machine, we got the coffee pods too. I can recommend it for shorter stays.

Very nice historical house and very well located, less than a minute’s walk to the cathedral. (The regular temperature on the lower floors is quite cool, however, and can get rather cold at night. So be sure to ask for extra blankets if necessary.) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I would give it a 4.5.

terrible experience. we booked a place there by accident, we described the situation in detail to the owner and he did not show the slightest understanding. we had to book accommodation elsewhere at the last minute and pay for 3 days of stay there, even though we were not there. I highly do not recommend it.

Great flat, good location, great service and fast Wi-Fi. The parking space is a little tight but I think that’s normal for Spain.

An excellent stay. The location is in the center of the city. Just 2 min walk to restaurants and cafés in a pedestrian only street. In front of the flat there is a nice big parc. The parking is private and secure. The building is nice and clean. The flat is fully furnished and very clean. You have everything you need and all is functional. The bedrooms have an amazing noise isolation and window blinds. The owners are helpful and nice. Highly recommend I give it 5*

We had a wonderful stay in Cuenca! The accommodations were just as described. Quaint, cozy, clean, with everything we needed for our stay. It is two stories, we had the lower unit with the bathtub, which we appreciated. We used the parking nearby, which was also very helpful to have a place to park our van. The streets getting to the apartment can be confusing and narrow, but once you figure it out, it is just fine! The stairs take you right downtown to the walking street, but it's a steep hike home, to be prepared! The unit we were in didn't have a dishwasher or a clothes washing machine, so if that's important to you, be aware. Check-in was easy. Adrían was incredibly helpful and very responsive to our needs.
