Quality
not
always
justifies
price…
So
I
wanted
to
find
out
what’s
all
that
noise
around
this
place.
The
cuisine
in
this
restaurant,
one
out
of
a
few
of
a
small
group
called
Cañadío,
is
originally
from
the
north
region
of
Spain
Cantabria,
Asturias.
There’s
been
a
lot
of
words
and
it
seems
this
is
one
of
the
trendy
spots
in
Madrid
now
that
the
city
is
up
and
coming…
so
let’s
get
down
to
business,
food
&
atmosphere
business.
Two
complimentary
small
eggs
filled
with
tuna
open
up
a
culinary
experience.
But
that’s
about
it.
Culinary
in
its
full
sense
since
everything
else
disappointed,
specially
the
grand
check
finale.
We
shared
the
clams
northern
style
and
tried
the
pil
pil
hake
fish
and
the
steak
tartar.
Had
a
couple
of
glass
of
Ribera
del
Duero
wine
and
ended
with
cheesecake.
Cheesecake
was
actually
spectacular.
In
general
all
the
quality
and
the
food
was
amazing.
But
then,
I
am
willing
to
pay
these
prices
if
the
experience
is
all
around.
That
is,
an
amazing
good
friendly
service
(lacked
this
night)
an
outstanding
atmosphere
(if
you
go
here
in
the
coming
months
avoid
the
upper
right
room
since
it
was
super
hot)
and
yet
again
this
outrageous
prices
🤯
what
is
this
people?
To
keep
the
story
short,
basically
this
is
overpriced
and
overrated.
There
are
plenty
of
restaurants
in
Madrid
with
the
same
level
of
quality
and
half
the
price.
Because
you
can’t
justify
overpricing
for
quality
therefore
my
rate
is
3
stars.
