Terrible service overall, the staff was unprofessional, contemptuous and inhospitable. The apartment look indeed like the picture, the cleaning was average tho. The plaza is very noisy 24/7 and the drunkards fight all the time in front of the building ( the police have to stop by several times a day) it's not a safe area especially for girls, couples and families with kids . I will certainly never book again.

Pretty clean and modern apartment with practically anything our family needed (except dryer, there’s a small heated drying rack). Conveniently located at walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Calle Caja Baja, Gran Via, etc. Supermarkets, eateries and a great salon nearby. Despite being on a busy street, it was quiet. We only heard what seems to be the street garbage collection at night and the cleaning lady next door during late morning hours. The location is safe even to walk at night. Few drawbacks, poor wifi signal and hot water tank. Either take a quick shower or wait a couple of hour for hot water again. The master bathroom has no door and the shower tub has a half glass door, felt the cold air while showering. We all ended up showering in the other bathroom. Master bathroom sink was clogged, toilet seat cracked, wasteful tiny toiletries, cheap quality towels. Second bathroom door handle and lock broken. Washer need instruction manual. We’ll definitely stay again if minor issues are taken care of and wifi signal is strong.

Convenient location, Clean place, good service (able to check in early), however, no hot water in the morning for shower. The property manager said the water tank gets out of hot water if many people use it. It was 9am. Umm do i suppose to get up super early to take shower before everyone else? Ended up shower with cold water. No internet at all. The property manager insisted that it was fixed but still no internet service for whole stay. They had to call somewhere else and gave out the credit card number over the phone to charge for the room since internet was not working. Did not feel comfortable that they were giving out my credit card number over the phone instead of using secured credit card terminal machine.

Sin embargo, el hotel decidió retirarnos 50 euros de fianza, haciendo caso omiso a nuestros mensajes explicándoles que ese no era para nada el precio real de dicha pieza. Cuando les pedimos las facturas para justificar este cobro simplemente nos dijeron que no podían proporcionárnoslas porque se trataba de gastos internos del hotel. Great location. Walkable to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and other attractions. There is a 24/7 carrefour located right outside. Staff is very friendly. They have a washer in the unit but not a dryer. We had to hang dry or place things on the dryer rack.

Room was spacious and clean. Service wqs great. Reception was really nice and helpful. Location is amazing. Walkable to most of the placea and bus stop and metro is literally across Street from hotel. Also, 24h grocery is right next door. Awesome!

This place really wins if you consider value for money. Spacious, modern, minimalist and neat. The location is incredible! Only reason for losing 1 star is because the reception staff seemed very disengaged and unfriendly. Still, I recommend you stay here if in Madrid.

This place is located very close to some major tourist spots such as Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market, Puerta del Sol and El Oso y el Madroño, all within walking distance. It is located right beside a Metro station and 2 supermarkets (including a 24 hour one!). The hotel is in very good shape, very clean and got everything that we need. Receptionist Yasmine is very friendly and helpful. Someone people may find it a bit noisy at night because it's right beside a plaza, but that won't bother us much. I highly recommend this place.

Great location close to metro station. There is a Carrefour on the ground floor which is open 24/7 which was really convenient but at the same time too noisy for us that our room was on the 3rd floor over supermarket's storages. It was really annoying as during the night they were loading supplies. The room was big and comfortable but this was not the case for the beds. The wi-fi was free but not very good.

The apartment itself was great, it had everything you needed, BUT the wifi was extremely slow. The staff, particularly the “handyman” was rude and unhelpful. The steam from hot water sounded the alarm and the staff blamed us for their faulty equipment. The location was great, in front of a metro stop too — but a lot of homeless around the building. Overall, I thought it was fine, if you don’t interact with the staff. I would look elsewhere.

Perfect! We had a room overlooking the square. Much larger room than expected. 3 of us. Great to be on Metro and bus lines. Close to Sol, Palace, Mayor. Grocery stores x 2 on the street level, very convenient. The shower was to die for! After a long cold day of walking, that full hot shower was amazing. We checked in early (11 am), which was very nice of them. Luggage storage as needed.

Perfect hotel apartments, beautifuly furnished and well kept, satff are so welcoming and helpful (which always ads a great touch especially after a long flight) easy check-in and check-out process. The location is superb nearly a 5-10 minutes walk to most of the famous tourist attractions. 2 Hypermarkets just downstairs, Careffour though does get busy especially at night ) but the good thing it's open 24/7. It's super safe, with closed main entrance only accessable with your room key.
