Super nice service with good food, restaurant has the best neighborhood street corner atmosphere. Kids friendly staff, they even redo my boy's burger to get the pure plain flavor (kids' bizarre food request) Overall very happy to have dinner here

Our first evening in Madrid, we’d had a walk to Retiro park & were heading back to the hotel, hoping to find somewhere nice for some tapas. This unassuming place was full outside but we got a table inside… what it lacks in pretence it gains in amazing quality of food, friendliness & local atmosphere (whilst welcoming us Brits who speak basic Spanish). Great value, but don’t tell too many people!

Fish dishes were also excellent, though be prepared to handle the full fish if getting it fried! Super convenient to the Atocha train station; we popped in after a day trip to Toledo. We appreciated the change of pace after hitting some of the more tourist-forward tabernas in the area. Seis estrellas, amigo!

Great restaurant with the nicest staff. I had the meatballs and they were amazing. Nice genuine atmosphere. Really cold beers as well. I even spilled my beer and they instantly got me a new one. Highly recommend!

This was the kind of Spanish dining experience you dream of. Being from Wisconsin and only speaking English, we wanted an authentic tapas experience but were intimidated by the language barrier. Our server was so gracious and helpful- surprising us with delicious recommendations.
