don't
feel
like
giving
four
stars
because
to
tell
the
truth,
naturally
a
personal
opinion,
I
didn't
find
that
atmosphere
of
relaxation
and
serenity
that
is
sought
in
these
structures.
There
was
no
one
at
the
spa
reception
so
we
had
to
go
around
the
small
facility
looking
for
someone
who
then
arrived
a
few
minutes
later.
Having
filled
out
the
liability
release
form,
I
went
to
a
small
changing
room
with
a
frosted
glass
door
which
is
located
directly
in
front
of
the
bench
where
you
undress.
Let's
say
for
one
or
max
two
people
without
the
possibility
of
privacy
given
that
the
shower
is
located
adjacent
to
the
bench
divided
only
by
transparent
glass.
Leaving
aside
these
"preliminary
aspects",
the
thing
that
annoyed
me
most
was
the
noise
of
glass
bottles
thrown,
I
think,
into
the
glass
bin
inside
the
hotel
bar,
immediately
above
and
which,
in
some
places
is
only
divided
from
a
ceiling
sheet
(such
as
the
one
used
to
shade
pergolas).
Unfortunately,
the
constant
speaking
in
a
loud
voice
by
the
staff
also
represented
a
negative
note,
especially
in
the
relaxation/herbal
tea
area
where
silence
should
"reign".
They
may
be
particular,
perhaps
exaggerated,
but
the
glass
of
prosecco,
promised
at
the
end
of
the
journey,
was
not
offered
to
us
and
the
dessert
stand
in
the
relaxation
area
was
completely
empty.
Mine
is
not
intended
to
be
a
"sterile"
negative
review,
but
a
stimulus
to
improve
what
for
me
were
negative
"notes"
in
a
2-hour
relaxation
program
where
the
person
searches
for
"himself"...it's
not
called
for
nothing
love
you
😉
