I have often been a guest of the Spazio Intreccio for various events or seminars and I have always had a great time! Tiziana is a very kind and helpful hostess as well as an expert yoga teacher. The center is very cozy, warm, thanks to the wooden finishes, and welcoming, providing calm and peace, the perfect place to practice yoga. I recommend it to everybody!

I have been attending the pregnancy yoga course since the fourth month of pregnancy, Tiziana has now accompanied me throughout my pregnancy (I am about to enter the ninth month) with her wonderful practices. I also had the pleasure of attending the yoga course for childbirth with a final couple lesson which was truly above all expectations. Over the course of these months I have accepted and welcomed with love the physical and mental change of this splendid journey called motherhood thanks to the constant and discreet support of Tiziana who is a true professional. A beautiful discovery, thanks to a much appreciated gift! I tried a "wellness path" session, which is a combo of a yoga practice, a draining massage and an Ayurvedic moment with essential oils. I spent a pleasant morning, a total break and complete well-being in a relaxing environment with very accommodating staff. Very welcoming and well-kept center with kind and empathetic staff. I followed the pregnancy yoga course with Tiziana, a good teacher and a wonderful person who can make you feel at ease straight away and is very helpful. I have been attending the center for a year now and I must say that it has helped me a lot in various moments of my life. Tiziana is a person who deals with different problems, not only in a very professional manner, but also very sweetly. It makes you feel at ease and after just a few sessions, with the help of different and appropriate treatments with herbs, medicinal plants and Bach flowers, it makes you feel much better. The session with needle chromotherapy is interesting and relaxing. Now I have also brought my daughter and from the first session she managed to capture her trust and attention. I have been frequenting spazio intreccio for 3 years now. Tiziana with her professionalism, empathy and availability accompanied me during my two pregnancies with the yoga course. A weekly break to take my mind off the daily hustle and bustle and focus on me and the little one on the way. A moment of awareness, comfort and discussion with other mothers, supported and mediated by Tiziana's professionalism. I still attend mother-baby gymnastics, necessary to carve out time with my second child, to meet other mothers, and to have support from Tiziana again, in a very delicate period for women, such as postpartum.
