(Translated by Google) Son falls from a moped and with an ambulance he is sent and accepted in green code to the emergency room. It's 6:30 pm. I catapult and find him in a crowded waiting room crying with pain in his lower back sitting on a chair. I insist with very rude nurses, half of whom, even together with doctors, are in front of the street smoking or socializing in front of the vending machines, so that they can put him down. Nothing, but I insist and finally an hour later (it's 19:40) they put him on a bed, always waiting for an orthopedic visit. A doctor, not an orthopedist, visits him for the first time at 1 am and prescribes an X-ray and a drip with painkiller. They do the X-ray a couple of hours later and then leave it there with the drip off for the X-ray. I intervene and, after a few cigarettes and a chat, they put the drip back on and they forget it until 4 in the morning when they tell him that the orthopedist is not there. At 7 in the morning they throw him off the cot and put him back on the chair. Then they send him in front of an orthopedic clinic where the brave doctor arrives at ease at 8:30 and, after a further queue of other unfortunates, visits him, looks at the X-ray and then prescribes a CT scan which they do half an hour later, before deciding. the resignation at 10 (15 hours after his arrival) with the orthopedist in absentia, in the sense that he does not even deign to tell him what he has and that, therefore, must be read on the report. Fortunately, nothing is broken, absolute rest for a week and a good dose of drugs. In short, a place to avoid even if you are dying, a place where professionalism and attention to the patient is a chimera, a place of private health, made and built only to extract money from an ignoble regional system that has the courage to agree to it. Stay away! Statene lontani!

I had a Magnetic Resonance Imaging and I found myself very well. The wait was not long and the staff was polite and helpful. Rev. 14.09.2017 After my previous review I needed assistance for a problem at the gallbladder. I had to be operated but after the surgery visit I choose another ospital. They treated me like a not urgent case but the reality was exactly the opposite.

(Translated by Google) First aid almost empty and not even a doctor available to assist a senior. Assisted after 8 hours and resigned without even a prescription for the pharmacy. Scandalous. In my opinion, certain structures should be closed (Original) Pronto soccorso quasi vuoto e neanche un medico disponibile per assistere un anziano. (Translated by Google) The hospital in Citta Studi ICCS, especially the neurosurgery department - the staff and service of doctors, nurses, administrators - all TOP, professionals, with patience, understanding, pleasant and with very high culture and quality of work with patients. 🔝 100% to be recommended, because the doctors I met have the desire at least to try to help quickly and "no matter what" to find a solution and bring relief 🤲 (which unfortunately is lacking in general in our times ...) I especially recommend 🙅‍♀️ Doctor Neurosurgeon Veronica Parisi💫👩‍⚕️, who organized everything and made a big push for the time, where I was admitted to the hospital and immediately operated on - with care, real understanding and attention🙏 Also the shout out for Doctor Federico Longhitano who supported the guard and helped me to better understand the situation after the surgery, also in English👨‍⚕️ I will be forever grateful for being recognized and for all help 💙 Great !! They treated my girlfriend for 2 hours. But as soon as they released her, she collapsed in the waiting room. This is an absolute shame for this hospital. How can doctors release someone who collapses 2 minutes later. Terrible hospital

(Translated by Google) All super accurate, clean! Finally a place of diagnosis and treatment truly on a human scale. It feels like family; friendly and helpful doctors, willing and prepared nurses, always ready to smile and reach out to make you feel loved and understood. No other hospital in Milan so rich in medical preparation, humanity and sincere affection. (Original) Tutto superpreciso, pulito! I came with a shortness of breath due to allergies, I was taken care of well and fast. I have seen the other comments and I think people here are nice and try to help. One of the nurses was actually hit by a patient while I was here so you should probably think why they are sometimes less ethusiastic about their work. They are humans as well.

(Translated by Google) We were treated for 6 months at the Clinic for Medically Assisted Reproduction (PMA). Initially we found ourselves well but, as the months went by, they prescribed us a lot of supplements of various types, medicines, visits ... some even useless since, for each doctor who visited me (5 different doctors in 6 months who , in my opinion, it is very negative as a thing) changed according to his personal opinion. Some supplements, in fact, were substituted according to the doctor I met, thus ending up having a collection of various drugs at home. I found myself taking 5 different drugs / supplements a day because, according to them, I had different values too high or too low, like vitamin D, hypothyroidism ... Let's say they were groping and adjusting values just to show that they were studying the case. Sometimes we had the feeling of disturbing and of being just a number rather than a patient, which is not pleasant given the delicacy of the ward. We tried 2 inseminations, both failed. After the procedure they gave 5 minutes of time on the clock and then they sent you away because you needed the bed. Their premise was "Don't worry, you don't have to stress", too bad they were the first to create all this stress since, 9 out of 10 appointments, there was always a 1 hour delay. Or during the interviews, with some doctors, it was already a lot if you could ask questions without arousing annoyance and angry answers. In this period I discovered I was pregnant, which all happened naturally, without supplements and medicines that only served to move the pharmaceutical market. If you want advice, go to a facility dedicated ONLY to MAP and where they care about patients. Probably the structure is capable in other things, but unfortunately they do not excel for MAP, especially at the human level. Abbiamo tentato 2 inseminazioni, andate a vuoto entrambe.

This is the worst hospital I ever been to. My friend is 22 years old and has lung infection we have been here for 12 hours waiting and still no side to end. When we confronted a nurse about it she was rude and said that it’s normal and because he is young there is no problem. We don’t speak/understand Italian very well and instead of speaking slowly so we could understand she spoke fast and said that we could understand but we couldn’t. DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL
