    My family booked this house for aug 12-26 of this year. We thought we might not make it so we told the broker to try and rent it for those dates so we could get our money back. He then tells us the "Owner already rented it out!" We said we were going to let family member use it and the broker says its rented. We paid over $10k for this and the owner refuses to give us our money back and she is trying to get paid TWICE. So selfish and greedy. We will be having all our friends and Italian friend post reviews on this site until the owner refunds our money and realizes what a greedy person she is. Shame on you.
