Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. I also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant The Pergola, located in the garden with excellent food and service.

The facilities and the hotel are superb, extremely comfortable bed and delicious breakfast I must say. But unfortunately our trip was just one disappointment after the next. First, we were told the spa was closed for renovations when this was one of our most anticipated thing to do, obviously it was not mentioned to us anywhere (we booked through a third party but their website doesn’t say anything neither, apparently they only mention by email after booking). Second, we were told the car had to be parked in their parking for an additional cost of 20€ (No previous information about this neither). Third, the front desk staff went on the defensive to claim that they had done all their job and all misinformation was the third party’s fault. Fourth, not a single gesture was made to help us still have our romantic time, not even a complimentary late check out, when we asked for 2 extra hours (Only possible by payment of an extra 10€ x hour). It seems that as a 5* hotel, if you realize that your costumer is unhappy because he has not been informed of your lack of services & extra charges, you shouldn’t blame it on a third party but rather try to provide your guests a pleasant stay, as basics of hospitality.

We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Beautiful, modern design, very comfortable rooms and beds, great showers, complete gym, pool, spa, and easy walking to the city. This hotel has it all! It is the only hotel we would consider in Andorra. The front desk staff, spa assistants, and bartender in Library Lounge were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is particularly worthy of note since we have found Andorrans are rather unwelcoming and surly- which is rather odd given the fact 10 million people visit every year (shopping is the draw, not hospitality or cuisine). The setting of this hotel is also notable. It is quite serene as it is just far enough from the main street and shopping. Plus, it has green space and views! The Pagoda restaurant/bar (on site) is a wonderful little spot. The buffet restaurant is very complete and delicious, although expensive and unfortunately staffed by unhelpful people. It was surprising to find an additional €20 cost for parking. Website only states guest parking is available. It would be nice to know what to expect beyond the pricey cost of rooms. All that to say, the hotel is clean, well maintained, and most comfortable. A very attractive destination.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Once again, the staff super kind and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good however not as varied as I expected due to the size of the hotel, but everything there (both sweet and salt) were delicious. The hotel itself is a little strange to navigate if you're staying at the "Suites wing", but after a couple of walks, it's easy to cruise around. Bedroom was overall nice, bathroom had both a hot tub and a shower, bed has comfy however i little too soft for my taste. Had dinner at their restaurant and once again, the 5 stars shine with the personnel. I ordered the Steak Tartare (super recommended) as they prepare it table-side. The furniture and overall structures of the hotel had some wear and tear due to normal usage, so some minor renovations should do the trick. Finally, addressing my biggest (and only) criticism about the suite: The view. What you see in the picture was all the view I had (there's another window in the bathroom but doesn't play a part here). Personally, I found the window in the room not only small, but positioned in a place that makes you feel a little "caged". My proposal would be to widen that window and make it a panoramic view so that when sitting on the desk, have that splendid view of the mountains. Apart from that, I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a 5-star experience for a few days.

Fabulous!!!! Located in the centre of town. Seconds away from all the shopping. Highly trained staff. Rooms super comfortable. Immaculate clean rooms. Restaurant food is world class. You get spoiled at breakfast. Cannot fault this world class hotel. I loved everything about the hotel. Great garden and pool too.

This is a good hotel with large, quality rooms and a decent buffet facility. Where it is let down is there is no functioning bar, so it lacks atmosphere. Drinks can be ordered from a spacious lounge but it takes close to 10 minutes to get a drink and the bar that is actually in the hotel is hidden away and unmanned. No opportunity to catch up with others before or after dinner. The only shortcoming though. A quality, scenic place.

Rooms are in a very poor state, old furniture, no design, no decoration, poor lights, WiFi hardly gets to the rooms, only to the corridor. Absolutely not a 5 star hotel 4 stars are probably still generous Prices are absurd compared to the quality offered A real shame, and I left with the feeling, I have been robbed... Will not repeat

This hotel is TRULLY 5 stars. The moment you walk in the door the front desk caters to ALL your needs and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. We stayed with a toddler and a baby and it was absolutely the fantastic. We got the duplex & it was superb. Super clean, modern, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows amazing, the terrace is gigantic and the overall location of the hotel is walking distance from downtown. Absolutely recommend this hotel. 11/10

Such a perfectly located hotel for shopping and dining. Ask front desk how to properly use the elevators to get to street level. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Casino is also nearby.

Andorra Park Hotel my preferred hotel in Andorra La Vella. Excellent food, service and very good rooms. Highly recommend it. Location so convenient as well as virtually working distance to all places. The staff are so good and always supportive and helpful! Enjoy

Value just isn’t there. It’s an old hotel with nice amenities but it just doesn’t make up for so many things that went wrong: - broken A/C - shoddy bath - unresponsive front desk - unremarkable breakfast Oh and be mindful that they charge an additional fee if you’re 2x people… who does that?

Perfect location and hotel but with broken airco in our room (number 223) and ourside 35 degrees it was a warm weekend.

The hotel and facilities are absolutely great, and at a very fair price. The gastronomic restaurant is also amazing and the buffet breakfast is good. The two negative things I have to say are: a. The staff are absolutely useless. We asked them several times to split the double bed in our room, and they kept insisting that it's impossible. We ended up *splitting it ourselves*, yes there was no technical difficulty at all. b. A lot of steep hidden costs. Breakfast is 20€ a day per person, so is parking. You even need to pay 2.5€ for a shower cap for the spa.

Simply a great Hotel! 5 stars for five areas of great performance. Great: SERVICE - as guest I felt really in the focus of the hotel staff. Thanks to the entire team esp. at the reception that was helpful in so many ways. From organizing local trips, to the little birthday present and the really friendly interaction, always with a honest smile. Great: Loaction - fantasic view to mountains and la Vella. Great: Room design, condition, cleanliness and of course the beds! We slept very, very well! Great: Pool and garden area for doing some sports or just chilling with a drink while having a great view! Great: Breakfast, restaurant and food quality. We enjoyed every single bit!

Incredibly well managed space with a world-class restaurant and incredible pool. Our kids absolutely loved it while we spent my partner's birthday during our stay. Thanks to amazing staff especially Ramon in La Pergola one of those persons that always try to make a difference each moment. Super location in tranquility yet close to everythinh. We'll definstely be back for skiing and summer again.
