It was my first time ever here in SG to be attended by a very customer service oriented doctor. He opens the door for you. He was smiling all the way. The medications that he gave me at one time eating only made me already feel better. This is my first stop clinic from now on! Highly recommended doctor! Keep up ur cool vibe! Salute!

the wait was crazy. the clinic says it opens at 8.30am but when we got there at 10am, we were told that we had go wait for another 3.hours because doc had not arrived yet. we went back at 12noon, and the doctor saw only 7 patients. we were #16. by the time we got to see the doctor, it was 1.30pm. I sure hope the medication works. not sure if I'd come back. not sick also can wait until sick.

Strongly advise to not go. Doc takes his sweet time to arrive as others have said. Opens 830 but arrives past 11. You will notice that he has very very few patients and so he jacks up the price by giving a lot of unnecessary meds, especially antibiotics (something you should not do). He is also not abreast of medical news and developments. He seems very unaware of all the new diseases and complications outside his world. Amazed when he saw old wounds from keyhole surgeries. Speaks much about his medical knowledge that's in need of a major upgrade.

It states they are open from 830 to 1230 on Sundays. But i have waited till 9am and the doors are still not opened.

Dr. Christopher Martin has been my primary for several years and is caring, practical, knowledgeable and listens. Not much more I could ask for. I feel comfortable that he is looking after my well-being.

Both doctors is very patient in listening and trying to understand our concern. They even have follow up messages to ensure that we are well. Even the clinic assistants are generally friendly. Thank you for your care.

Used to go to this clinic when I was a kid.. moved back to my childhood place recently and came here and Dr Lau attended to me, he was impressive, he was detailed with his examination did not rush like many clinics. Have not met such a friendly doctor for a while. Glad I came back to this clinic and definately will recommend others too..

Having encountered several GPs in my lifetime across the island, Dr Benedick is the only one who made me feel regarded as a person. I feel being assured, being understood and not being judged. The clinic is always packed with patients whichever timing I go but he is efficient and never seem to be rushing through his consultation. Most importantly, he's always in high spirits. I don't know how he does it on a daily basis but he did it. His team of staff are kind and professional too. Covid is on the rise again. I sincerely hope that Dr Benedick and his team will take care and stay well.

Came in at 2 and need to wait for hours for the dr . Wasted those hours waiting where else can use it for resting at home. The least star i can give is 1. If i able to give 0 star i would.

Called in the morning, nurse asked me to go at 10.30am, waited till 11.30am, the stupid doctor still hvnt come. Expected sick people to wait for you for hours in terrible environment, I won't even come if this clinic is the nearest one in my company clinic panel!!!!!

OMG can those incharge of the clinic or whoever do something abt this! the clinic stated open from 830am to 1230pm & i arrived at 1015am just to be told doctor not in!! when asked the receptionist said doctor will be in only ard 1145am!!!!! this is not the 1st time!! ! so many ppl have complained yet nothing has been done! this is the last time i gonna visit this clinic! this clinic dont deserve any star! updated: my turn was at ard 1220 when i entered to see the doc and i was out less than 5 mins whereas the other patient too super long inside. and he seems rushing. maybe rushing to get off work. receptionist was nice however they dont seems to care that im half dead. no solution and they dont take initiative to see what they can do. all i heard from patient was "wah crowded ah". let me tell u y it is crowded..,its not bcos the doc is good!! its bcos he came 3hrs+ later after his clinic is open. the crowds u see is bcos those who have came earlier and went home after they register over the counter. basically cos they stay near which is why they dont mind! result: NEVER going back therr again.

My experience there was good. I seen the doc due to my psoriasis prob. After met him, he explain to me the cause of the prob that am having, he gave me right meds. And am 80% cure. Even the waiting is long but it's worth waiting.

Have to wait hours before seeing the doctor! Opening the clinic early morning but doctor always come in only in the afternoon. Not recommended for people who do not have all the time in the world to spend waiting. Some may deemed the doctor friendly, others may deem it as poor time management as a lot of people are still waiting outside coughing and all sick waiting to be attended asap but the doctor slowly chit chat with you about what not. Would never go there again.

The doctor takes ages to arrive and you usually have to wait for what feels like forever, BUT he really is the most caring doctor I've ever had the pleasure of seeing - he takes his time with patients, gives great advice and actually remembers them. Go to another clinic if you're pressed for time. A+

This clinic does not open at 830am. I went there at 830am and the staff told me that the doctor only come at 1130am. I waited until 1130am and went back only to see 10 patient waiting to see doctor. I asked the staff at the counter earlier whether she could call me when the doctor come and she immediately rejected my request . She just told me " no, you come at 1130." Worst clinic ever

Doctor Martin is an excellence and caring doctor, very effective medicine given.

Waiting time was close to 2 hours even with only a few patients but I'm giving this clinic 5 stars because of Dr Martin himself, who is, honestly, one of the kindest doctors I've ever seen in all my life. The medicine he prescribed was also extremely effective and my cold and cough were gone in a few days. He even told me to go back and see him if I didn't get well in time for my trip and I thought that was nice.

Though the waiting time can be rather long but Dr Martin’s medication proven to be very effective. You can see an immediate and instant relief and illness will be gone in 2-3 days time. Definitely a. Recommended clinic in this region.
