    It's been more than 2 months since I joined Seema's yoga classes. She is a great and passionate Yoga instructor. Her sessions are engaging and she helps everyone in class in identifying their gaps and encourages them to practice at home.

    I have been taking classes from Seema for the last couple of months and she is a great yoga teacher and I highly recommend her. She designs her sessions thoughtfully and takes time to explain subtle details on how to get each pose correctly. Before every class she also checks in and asks if there are any particular areas she should spend more time on. My practice has got a lot more better after starting classes with her.

    My name is Ruby Arora. I started practicing yoga with Seema 7 weeks ago. My reason for joining yoga classes with Seema was to lose weight and fight other health issues. I am a regular participant in her class and like her style of teaching very much. Seema is very nurturing, kind, and insightful instructor. She challenges us in a way that addresses our best and brings out our best. She integrates a lot of variety from class to class and provides careful instruction on continual refinement of the foundations of yoga on which we are building. She gives individual attention and support to every member of the class, a quality that impresses me the most. By doing yoga with Seema, not just I am losing weight, but also I am gaining more strength, energy and flexibility. After every class I feel very positive and calm. As I write this, my heart is filled with gratitude and respect for Seema. I want to thank Seema for all the teaching and guidance in my Yoga journey.

    Seema is a great Yoga instructor. As a yoga beginner, She has helped a lot in correcting my posture and improving my strength. Her sessions are engaging and she helps everyone in class in identifying their gaps and encourages them to practice at home.

    I have been taking 1:1 yoga classes with Seema. She explains each pose very clearly along with breathing technique and corrects posture during the session. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the class and felt rejuvenated afterwards. Highly recommend her class for yoga and meditation.

    I have attended different yoga classes, but Seema is the best of them. She is truly a gifted, intuitive healer and teacher. She sures if our posture is correct and pushes us to the next level. Her expert knowledge of body movement, various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make her a great instructor. I highly recommend her.

    I am thoroughly enjoying yoga class with Seema and very much look forward to each session. Each class is always a unique experience, where we learn different stretches. Seema also incorporates different breathing techniques as part of yoga, which is extremely helpful. Its relaxing, peaceful feeling after each session. Seema pays 1:1 attention to each individual. Its been more than a year doing yoga with Seema and I can see increased flexibility and wonderful benefits. Thank you Seema, I feel lucky to have you as my yoga teacher.

    I am into yoga since over an year now. I have been doing zoom classes from an instructor in india. I recently started going to Seema’s yoga studio. And I see a lot of difference. Earlier I was losing interest in yoga - now my interest has revived back. She has a very natural style of coaching with always a smile on the face and even though it’s a group class but she attends to each one personally. I highly recommend her.

    Its been 8 months that I joined Seema's yoga classes. As a student who is new to yoga I am enjoying the class. Seema has a positive personality and she keeps me motivated to do yoga. The best part of her is she knows that her students have different flexibility and tailors her sessions to cater every students needs from beginner to advanced. She makes everyone comfortable in her classes. I can see a lot of improvement in my flexibility. I would recommend the classes for anyone who is looking to do Yoga in their daily life.

    Seema is great!! My wife and I have private lessons with her. We do different stretches and exercises. She is very attentive watches how we stretch and design the classes differently every time to fit our needs. Seema is also great in communications before the after the classes to check on us. I highly recommend her.

    I got personal training from Seema related to my leg injury. I pulled my hamstring while hiking and was in a lot of pain. I couldn't walk properly, let alone do hike again. Next weekend I had planned a long hike and was worried that I will need to cancel. She walked me through a set of stretches, and yoga postures in 1 hour private class, which greatly relieved the pain, and next day I was back to normal. I successfully completed 14 mile hike in Yosemite because of her help. She also gave me some stretches to do at home. Seema is thorough, patient and gives attention to details. Her studio has a relaxing setting, is clean and great place for yoga. I highly recommend her.

    Seema is a dedicated teacher with a deep knowledge of Yoga. I've been a regular student for a couple of years and still find new things to learn in every session. Her passion for Yoga is easily visible in the lessons. Would highly recommend her as an instructor for both newbie to advanced Yoga practitioners!

    Excellent authentic yoga classes! I am an actively training and competing karate athlete. I joined Ms Seema's classes since I was exploring yoga classes to improve my flexibility which is extremely important for my training. During initial consultation, I got thorough analysis from the teacher (Ms. Seema) as to why and where my body was stiff....I was absolutely impressed on how quickly she was able to not only identify the root cause but also suggest some quick yoga and stretching poses. Those turned out to be very efficient for me and since then I have continued the yoga journey with the studio. As a bonus, I also got to learn about ayurveda which has helped me with my diet and daily routine. I am very happy with my experience...highly recommend!

    I have been attending the classes since last few months and it has made a big difference in my energy levels, strength, flexibility and overall health. Incorporating some Yoga in your life is a must! Seema is an Excellent Yoga Teacher! With attention to details, variety and catering to participants of all categories (beginners to advanced), these classes have been a treat!

    I have been taking Prenatal Yoga classes from Seema since the beginning of my third trimester. The pregnancy-friendly stretching and yoga poses have improved my strength and flexibility especially the pelvic floor, hips and legs. I feel more active and my back and leg pain have reduced significantly. My sleep cycle has improved. The breathing techniques she taught me have helped calm my general anxiety and the guided meditation at the end of every session brings me a lot of calm and helps me connect with the baby. Would definitely recommend attending the classes with Seema.

    Seema is a great instructor, she has good understanding and deep knowledge of various yoga postures and customise it according to need of individual, as we all have different problems, stamina and physical strength. She pays Attention and corrects the posture , she understands which part needs attention. I am lucky to have her as a yoga teacher because yoga is her passion more than profession.

    Seema is passionate yoga teacher. She tailors her lessons based on individual needs and brings a lot of variety in her classes. She carefully instructs on continual refinements to build strong yoga foundation. She gives individual attention and support to every member in class. I would highly advise to join Seema’s class whether you are just beginning or would love to learn advance poses.

    I have been going to Seema's studio for roughly 5-6 weeks and taking the posture correction class (focuses on shoulders and back) every week and have noticed a HUGE difference! I work a desk job so my shoulders and upper back used to be very tight and I would get random pains throughout the day. Since taking this class I've had no shoulder/back pains and I've noticed a significant improvement in my range of motion in and out of the class! I love Seema as an instructor because she explains the purpose of each pose/movement and even when I don't think I can fully lean into a pose, she gently eases me further into the stretch. I always end up surprised how far I can actually push my body! I would highly recommend for everyone, not just desk job workers!

    I have thoroughly enjoyed Seema's yoga classes, she is very patient and attentive teacher. Her commitment and passion for yoga, meditation, Ayurveda and wellness and zest for spreading it to others is remarkable and inspiring. Knowing her for long time and witnessing her personal transformation and that of her students is amazing. I highly recommend her studio for yoga practice.

    Seema is an amazing yoga instructor… I luv her yoga sessions.. because she teaches every yoga pose very nicely and observes it too . Her teaching technique are very good … she explains every yoga move … so it’s very easy for beginners to understand and do correctly. Which is very important in yoga . Thanks seema for teaching us… you are an amazing person… with lots of patience , positivity and u teaches with beautiful smile .

    Excited to have found Seema and her studio. Really enjoy the 1:1 instruction and her ability to accommodate and focus on what I need. I am now joining her classes with others and very challenged and excited by the opportunity. Seema is very knowledgeable in yoga and fitness; she has a wonderful approach to training with her students. Highly recommend the studio.

    I have recently started Yoga sessions with Yoga4Wellness Studio. Seema is a very knowledgeable and compassionate yoga instructor. She really understands the needs of each of her students and works individually with them to improve their workouts. I have a frozen shoulder and hence, I was initially reluctant to join her sessions. But Seema motivated me to try out and I am happy to say that it really benefitted me a lot. Seema worked 1 on 1 with me to improve my yoga poses using straps, rollers, and blocks. She ensured that I stretched myself as much as I could but at the same time, practice the poses correctly so that I don’t aggravate my shoulder. Due to her efforts, I have greatly improved the mobility in my shoulder within a month. Seema’s positive attitude and enthusiasm is infectious, even at the early hours of 6 AM. The variety of exercises in her studio, coupled with her encouragement, really makes me feel rejuvenated at the end of each session. I am happy to have found her studio and highly recommend her sessions for your overall well-being.
