Went in at around 8:40pm, and there was litterally no food. I asked the manager why, and she said, "We're getting ready to close sir" in a very rude voice. I think it's totally unacceptable, and have no plans on returning

I’m trying to call the store but no answer what so ever . I had my husband go and pick me up some food and when I started to eat it . I found a piece of hair in between my broccoli. I cant eat it , I was disgusted.

The staff were nice but the manger was super rude! I went in to pick up my order but when I got to my car to check it was missing some items. I asked the girl at the front and she went to get her manager because she didn’t know what I was talking about. The manager basically didn’t care enough to give me the items or refund me the purchase and accusing me of eating it when I got to my car. She was so unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with that I just left with out my items. This restaurant would do so much better if they fired the manager and replaced her with someone who actually has empathy and is understanding.

It was about 8pm served small amounts of teriyaki chicken, food was good , but asked for extra condiments , just received a regular amount, 😭

She was patient, kind, and even made a great suggestion which he ended up loving. I appreciate the EXTRA mile she went. Thank you so much it made our night

I don't trust the chicken any more it taste like your eating that new California lab raised chicken. The service use to be great. Now the service and food preparation is just like any other panda express.

Ordered a bowl with orange chicken and it was cold. And like 2 or 3 pieces of orange chicken. ...I eant my money back

The person that took my order was very sweet and the gal named Chia that rang me up was very polite. I admire the way they both worked quickly, especially for a big order. They did a wonderful job. Everything was fresh, and tasted elicious, as always.

Ghetto area , but the food was really good !!! The service was kind. We asked to get an area cleaned up and they were very sweet about it!

Always check to make sure all your ordered items are in the bag. On multiple occasions items were missing.

First off the food is bomb so thank you to the cooks!! The line of women who us customers engaged with don’t smile don’t greet you repeat your order back as if your bothering them no eye contact to thank you see you again I even donated just to see if I’d get a better reaction nope! Anywhere you work your customers are the reason for your pay check so it wouldn’t hurt to show back some kind of appreciation I heard plenty of people say that you and got back nothing or a thank you that sounded forced!! Do better!!

We didn't get to eat....my grandson had a seizure as we were about to start eating I just wanted to say thank you to the staff...patrons that gave us space during the emergency and to the man on the phone relaying information to 911 thank you. Your calmness helped me stay focon my grandson. God Bless you

I have ordered from this Panda many times through their website and nearly every time an entre is forgotten of is not what I ordered. Today I ordered 5 meals and a large order of eggrolls and rangoons and all I recieved was the meals. This is why fast food employees make minimum wage.

Just moved to this side of town and was my first time buying here and so far im happy with my service, a little wait but not too crowded. Two tiny complaints not enough greens lol i need more veggies next time please and my fortune cookies order 5 to go plates and only 2 fortune cookies but they packed me empty ones which annoyed me alot. Other than that i recommend, very satisfied. Update, got more veggies this time 😊
