From the moment we walked in Michael was extremely friendly and helpful. Michael asked us what we we’re looking for and provided us with a variety of options that fit our desires. Throughout the entire process Michael provided valuable information and assured that we understood all the details of the products. Overall this was by far the best experience from all jewelry stores that we visited. We were also very pleased to receive a great deal directly from the district manager, Ross. He went out of his to take care of us. We can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time at VALLIANI, and I was greeted by Albert. I was looking for a particular ring that I saw on a website, he was able to show me his inventory of what he had close to what I was interested in I was able to find a piece that I really liked. He was very informative very patient to all my questions and I had lots. He broke down the price fees, etc. he didn’t rush me and he gave me different options. I appreciate it, so thank you Albert.

Jewellery collection was so huge I had hard time selecting a ring for myself. The staff especially Jason was so helpful with finding the type of Jewellery I was looking for and making sure that I was aware of what I was buying. So first time walking into this jewelry store. We were greeted immediately me and my husband. Jason one of the workers came right away to us, asking us what we were looking for. Second time shopping in this jewelry store, always a great experience. Blanca was amazing getting us the best deals, and getting everything done in a timely manner. Found a ring me and my husband both loved she found a wedding band to match it perfectly and had it ready for me to take home within an hour.

I went shopping for an engagement ring for my fiance. This was the fifth jewelry store that we went to, and I cannot say enough good things about our sales associate, Albert. He was very warm, patient, and a meticulous listener, really taking into account our preferences until he found our perfect ring that checked all of our boxes. He wasn't pushy at all and made me feel at ease (as I was quite nervous and intimidated about the shopping experience as a whole), and made our shopping experience a 5/5 experience. Jason was super helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted for our engagement and wedding rings, from the ideas we gave him. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He was very honest and we didn't feel like we were cheated after our purchase. He did his very best to give us a great price and the best quality.He ordered us a better diamond and we were able to take our ring home that day, while we wait for our new diamond to arrive. Everyone at the store has been very accommodating while we wait. I love the fact that they have a in house jeweler to size and polish and add diamonds to our rings, and that provides super fast purchases. We will definitely be going back for our jewelery in the future and will be recommending to all our family and friends.

Was visiting all the jewelry shops at the mall to get an idea about what kind of engagement ring I wanted to purchase and was pleasantly surprised by the selection here. The staff was very patient with me letting me comb over their different rings. Jessica Thomas in particular was very helpful and they made me very fair deal when the right ring jumped out at me. What caught my eye was no interest for 36 months, well I ended up purchasing 2 gold chains one for my son and one for my husband. Blanca and Jason gave me a good deal I couldn’t pass up. Jason prioritized ensuring he helped us and that our questions got answered, making a solid effort to work with me.
