I
came
with
a
friend
to
bring
her
kids
to
the
clinic.
The
place
looked
fun
with
all
the
games
and
the
tv
playing
Disney
movies.
We
came
in
for
a
Covid
testing
and
well
visits.
First
the
nurse
came
to
swab
the
kids
was
rough
with
them.
She
was
rude
and
didn’t
care
about
why
we
were
there,
she
spoke
to
us
like
she
didn’t
want
to
work
and
rushing
us.
Another
nurse
called
us
into
the
room
she
was
rude
and
didn’t
smile.
She
was
acting
as
if
she
was
trying
to
rush
us
and
get
us
out
of
the
room.
As
the
nurse
was
getting
the
kids
measurements
there
was
nurse
just
sitting
on
her
phone
and
talking
to
the
other
nurse
sitting
behind
her.
They
were
sitting
in
the
corner
back
of
the
room.
There
were
a
couple
of
nurses
who
were
working
on
their
patients.
The
nurses
were
more
helpful
to
us
and
nicer
than
the
person
who
was
helping
us.
My
friend
really
likes
the
providers
but
I
told
her
she
needs
to
ask
for
the
nurses
to
help
her
cause
the
person
that
did
help
was
no
help
at
all.
When
she
did
come
in
to
give
the
kids
shots
she
was
rough
with
them.
If
those
nurses
were
the
ones
to
see
my
kids
I
would
have
left.
