    The family wanted taco bell for dinner so we decided to try out this location. It's not bad but not good. We placed an online order through the app & went inside to pick it up but the order still wasn't ready. They weren't packed so they shouldn't have been so slow at getting the food out (especially for an online order) or at messing up the order but somehow they were & they did (definitely a disappointment for a fast food chain). We gave the new come back limited time Enchirito a try & was pretty disappointed. It's a bit smaller than it used to be & it was pretty flat, more tortilla than the filling.

    Is there a cheese shortage Im unaware of? Absolutely pathetic yet these are the people demanding higher wages. They sure didnt mind taking the money though!

    Taco Bell, Me & my granddaughter came in for lunch today & it had been some time coming to this Taco Bell but we both had gotten the 3 Tacos special mine was the Regular Crunchy & she got the Supreme Crunchy with no 🍅's & a 7 layers burrito & I got a bean & cheese burrito on the side along with our soft drinks & everything was so fresh & delicious & yummy! 😋 so "Thank You" to the staff members & to the young lady at the counter that took our order. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s & 💯%+ Great Job!

    Put in an order on the app, claiming my free reward and adding a couple other small items. Order total came to $4.13 but for some reason the charge from my bank came out as $6.03. After arriving at the restaurant and waiting about ten minutes for my order I showed two employees both my email receipt and the charge from my bank but they refused to make me my food saying I still owed another $3, even though I had just PROVED that not only had I already paid, but I'd been overcharged! These were the most unhelpful employees and worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've gone to this Taco Bell at least once a week for years but never again after this.

    I arrived at the restaurant on 10/07/22 at 8:25am with the dining room completely empty and I was the only one at the counter, awaiting to have my order taken. I was not greeted in any way, just told once the gentleman noticed me that it would be a moment. A moment turned into a few minutes and i was still standing there waiting while another person came in behind me. Still not being helped after 5-6 minutes, I did see the drive through was being prioritized and the drive thru worker completely ignoring us. When the gentleman behind me was asking what was up, the gentleman working looked annoyed and told us someone would be with us, (nobody came) and "if we didn't want to wait, we could use the kiosk." Now, I work in food service, I know how it can be. But they were NOT THAT BUSY, even in the drive thru. When I walked out because I was going to be late for work, there were ZERO cars coming into the DT. That WOULD NOT fly where I work. I get it being understaffed, but like I said, there were NO ONE in the restaurant when I arrived and the DT had no line. There was NO REASON for this terrible service. (Or non-service).

    Food is good, just wish they had more variety again. Mexican Pizza is back for now, would also like the 7 layer and steak stuffed burrito back :)

    This place is awesome. The lines are usually short and fast. The workers are usually pretty friendly and helpful. There tacos are a little over priced but there menu selection and price range. All in all I give them a five out of five stars. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

    Tonight we are thrilled! We found a Taco Bell that makes the elusive Enchirito. I took a gamble and asked at the drive thru, and it paid off. It's larger than the original and smothered in sauce and melty cheese. It was amazing. THANKS Taco Bell.

    Went there 30 min ago, staff was not the best, they gave me my food, and rhe lady ignored us and walked away, she had glasses. Took like 5 min to get there attention to get our drink, and then when we get home every hard shelled taco we got was smashed into pieces. Literally had to be intentionally done. Disappointed that people have to be so spiteful just because we came an hour before closing on July 3rd.

    Normally, for decades now, this location runs great and deserves the 5 stars. However lately, late at night ordering in the drive-thru I've been getting savagely burned on napkins, utensils, and hot sauce. Who eats nachos without a fork and napkins and hot sauce? ..Savages do.. I'm just sayin' it's like over an hour from closing, I'm the only order, what could you possibly be so preoccupied with that you can't be bothered to include these basics, especially the hot sauce considering you asked me if I wanted any and even had me specify how many. What are you busy creating a new menu item that's going to replace the taco? What are you doing in there besides your job? -This rant was typed to hopefully get noticed and help make the word a little better for everyone. 😊🌮🛎

    The girl taking the drive through orders on 9/11 12:30pm shift had the worst customer service skills. She place my order incorrectly so I went inside to give them a chance to fix it. I was nice, I get it everyone makes mistakes. She looked at my receipt, didn't apologize, threw the tacos in the trash with attitude and told another worker to make the correct tacos. I had to ask for the price difference since she charged me more and with the most annoying look went and consulted with another worker. Never apologized once for her attitude, mistake, and the inconvenience she caused. Terrible customer service....

    The ability to eat without being disturbed by homeless people is a top reason I like this place. Don't get me wrong I got nothing against them but there isn't a place in Visalia where you can go that your not approached by them wanting something from you.

    Taco Bell 3727 S Mooney Boulevard, Visalia CA, visit on 02/23)2023 @ 10:50 AM. I didn't complain using a survey because I never got served. I completed my breakfast burrito combo order when another person who didn't take my order started speaking. They didn't introduce themselves like saying this is a manager or anything, they just said, "we are out of breakfast food, can I get you anything from our regular menu." I said no and they gave a very unapologetic "sorry about that" and that was it. Never have I been delt so rudely or felt so unwelcome. I am never going there again and I am asking everyone that I can not to either. Worst customer service ever!!!

    I was very unhappy with the food herethat day . I order the Chalupa meal because the shells are Normally very soft . These were hard & cold . I went in to tell them and the person I spoke to claims they were fresh and did Not offer to exchange them for fresh ones . I'll never go to this Taco Bell again. It was very disappointing.

    Ask them everytime for specific things and they hardly ever get it right! They also asked me if I wanted any sauces, so I said a few mild, they ended up giving us 50. How high were you people?

    Customer service could have been better. No hello or anything! I asked for fresh fries and still was given cold fries 🤦🏿‍♀️ I had to be inconvenienced by driving off and then coming back.

    Ordered two chalupas... and I don't know if they gave me some that where just sitting there but when I opened them up they're both super soggy and cold...I wish I could get my money back.... didn't even eat them...
