    Called several times Friday and Saturday to purchase a $111,000 AEV truck. Every time I was put on hold 3-5 mins, then told there was no one to help me. Messages were left with no return calls. If the dealer ignores you during the purchase process imagine what will happen after the sale. There are too many good dealers to tolerate this lack of basic customer service.

    My 80 year old mother called Jim Manning Dodge today to get a quote on what they would charge her to replace the light bulb in her headlight on her Jeep, and Jim Manning Dodge quoted her $1,100 (bulb + labor) with a minimum of 1 hour of labor!!!! I looked it up and the bulb itself (which is all she needs) is about $80 on Amazon. RIDICULOUS!!!!! These guys will entirely try to rip you off if you take your vehicle here for any repairs/replacements. Save your money and frustration and do not come here for their services.

    My husband and I found the car we wanted on their website. Nowhere did it say we needed an appointment to buy a car. We drove 3 hours to this dealership (cash in hand) only to be told they didn’t have time to help us and we needed an appointment. The woman at the front desk was not accommodating at all, even knowing we drove 3 hours to get there. We knew exactly what car we wanted and did not even need to finance. We were a for sure sale. She made it very clear they didn’t need our business when my husband told her we could take our business to another dealership. Her response was, “well we sell plenty of cars here”. End results, they did not have time to help us and that was that. No apologies. I will tell everyone within the sound of my voice, do not go here. Their customer service is horrible. Who has ever heard of needing to make an appointment at a car dealership to buy a car?

    Found a vehicle in stock that I wanted to purchase and just needed to speak with a salesperson to ask if they shipped and if I needed to fill out another online financial application being that I had filled one out for a different Wrangler at a different dealership that they sold before I secured it and three days and 4 phone calls to them and never got a call back. The vehicle has since sold leaving me out of luck again. It would have been an easy sale with a 5 minute phone call. Horrible customer service.

    I purchased a Power Wagon from Manuel, the fleet sales manager, over the phone and the process was seamless. I called across California to find a dealer not charging the Covid premium and Manuel instantly emailed me the out the door price, no mark up or “mandatory dealer add ons”. I sent him a deposit that day, waited a couple weeks for the truck to be offloaded, and drove 4 hours to pick it up. He had it ready, washed, and all the paperwork sitting in a folder ready for me to sign since he knew we were driving 8 hours round trip. In total I spent 20 minutes at the dealer, which was much appreciated after a long drive. This was an all business transaction, no games. I’d gladly drive back up to pick up another truck instead of dealing with our scheme-y SoCal dealers.

    Absolutely amazing service. We purchased a new jeep from Manuel he did everything he said he would. Paperwork and vehical was ready when we arrived. We we're in and out in 20 minutes. We drove 5 hours hoping all would be as stated, it was even better. Recommend buying from here to all my friends.

    This dealership advertises commercial trucks available as 4 each now. Today i called asking about two Ram 4500 trucks they have advertised the receptionist said all 3 sales persons are busy. I ask to wait on hold as they never call back when you leave a message, a sales person happened to walk by her she stopped him and asked him about the trucks available all he could say is there all sold the school district bought 40 of them ! What are they doing advertising trucks they dont have really ! I have called this dealer several times and have cash to buy and the trucks. Last Call For Me ! Greg B.

    A small dealership, but a great dealership. Jim Manning is worth your time, they have a lot of inventory, but they are a small family-run business.

    Great experience overall. Manuel (my sales rep) was a total professional and gives you all the information you need to make the best decision on a vehicle. I live in NV and he knew every detail of out of state sales. There was some confusion at the DMV when I registered the vehicle and Manuel got on the phone with the DMV to clear it up while I was there! He resolved the issue and I was able to successfully register the car and owe no additional sales tax at the DMV. The buying process was streamlined and easy - we made the deal over phone and email and I was picked up at Fresno airport the next day, 15 min of paperwork and I was on my way home in my new Trailhawk. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and I recommend this dealership to anyone within a short flight of Fresno!

    Fantastic customer service, pricing, and service department speed. I am from DC. While in the area, my car just stopped. In addition to GIECO recommendation, the towing service recommended Manning hands down for being locally family owned and care for building customer satisfaction. The service chief, Gilbert, was as concerned for my getting back on the road. He and the owner got me worked into the queue and repaired in 24 hours. The service technician worked on my car's issue after hours to diagnose the problem inorder not to delay other customer's repairs. The repair costs was inexpensive and certainly did not reflect the after and before hours efforts. Seldom do we receive this level of care. Everyone exuded the same focus on customer satisfaction. It starts at the top. But it takes the same effort my everyone, from Gilbert, the service manager, parts, billing, as well. You will be well satisfied using Manning Jeep Dodge Ram for service and sales. I spent hours in their facility and watched the same level of customer satisfaction from everyone who came into the dealership for both sales and service!!
