Outside the hotel look grand but the room is bad and nothing grand. No dryer in room and call reception to provide but they said hair dryer is finish and ask me to wait until morning! I was like WTH! The room facilities is old.

2 swimming pools (adult & children) + 1 warm water pool (inactive during visit). Rooms were spacious with 2 large beds, private balcony, 1 set of each indoor & outdoor seatings. They're using warm lights in the room and toilet makes the room abit dim yet intimate lol. They also had already provided Wi-Fi which could be connected at almost every corner of the hotel. Nice. Besides, they also have a large park & play ground, also few animals that your kids will love. Breakfast not so good since we can only choose 1 made-by-order menu (not the buffet style) but maybe it's still in pandemic situation? or maybe the traffic was low when I was staying.. Overall the stay was pleasant. Recommend the deluxe & above room for better panoramic view.

Had been looking this kind of atmosphere so much. Grand mutiara nailed it. Nice room facing directly to the green field. Spacious lobby facing to their park. Awesome!! Thank you Grand Mutiara for making our family trip awesome. Btw their breakfast was not good at all, you can always have bfast outside of hotel though. But i will still give 5 star for overall experience

For the one who love stay at hotel that keep interior like the old times ,i think they need to change the carpet bedroom with the new one ,i can saw many types of disgusting stain on it.

CATFISH! This hotel is allegedly a 5-star hotel, it looks so grand from the outside but the inside looks like it's from a horror movie. The rooms were not up to par as a 5-star hotel. The breakfast buffet wasn't that good either. The toilets looked so unclean, the towels were not that clean, the carpets were all stained and dirty, and the beds had spots of stain on them. I had high hopes for this hotel but it definitely disappointed my family.

Overall, we had a great experience with the Grand Mutiara Hotel, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the room and the view were wonderful. It's a perfect getaway to spend the weekend.

Not bad. Love the green park behind the building. The pool should be cleaned more frequently and the restaurant needs to double check their standard. Last time I had my breakfast here the cutlery smells weird.

please pay attention when you check out for hotel belongings.. i checked out at 6th sept'21 and had argue with front liner .. for a little spoon . i was put it at the hall with all plates, so the room service should've clear up. they said the steward haven't did the wash dish yet.. at 12pm? , while all the guest had finished the breakfast at 10 pm. i'm not happy being kept at the reception. fyi, i gave tip the house keeping just in case he would've being charge.

Love the quiet even the furniture a bit old school but so far quite well maintained. However it really need an upgrade as other hotel sorrounding are getting more better.

Well, I sent important guests to this hotel during important business trip. They basically complained about the hotel's facilities such as no wifi in room, limited electricity sockets, old mattress, etc. I believe the management may be able to do something to improve this. The view is amazing, other services were good.

Grand Mutiara Hotel has a location address in Peceren Village before Berastagi City. Has a very large parking area, and also has a swimming pool. The room has a very large area, the bed is comfortable, it also provides hot water and a hot tube. One of the weaknesses of this hotel is that, because the location is right on the edge of the national road, the noise of passing trucks can always be heard up to the room area.

I'm so happy to vacation in this hotel. This hotel have a nice ambience. The staff know how to treat and serve people well. Thank you🤗
