The area is quite wide and beautiful. If you want to stay here, choose a room in the back location so you can immediately see views of rice fields and mountains. Good breakfast, available choices of american breakfast & Indonesian breakfast. For refresh you can go around the area by bicycle ... the rent is IDR 30,000 for 2 hours. My advice is that bicycles can be a free guest facility so that this can be an attraction for staying guests. Btw...Recommended πŸ‘

We have good experience during our stay in Melva Balemong, this resort is amazing, the view is so beautiful. The food taste good, the staffs are all friendly. We stay at family room with 3 single beds, the rooms is spacious. This room will be better if it has windows with mosquito net, so we can open the window without worried of mosquitos going inside the room

My room is a bit small and the second room that I booked was not cleaned enough. However, the location is perfect, you can see mount ungaran very clear from this hotel. Also, if you love the ambiance of traditional java, this hotel is what you are looking for. Moreover, you can enjoy traditional singing performance during breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with loads of Javan antiques. The rooms are a little bit tired, but clean. Very good breakfast and restaurant, friendly staff. Good spot to explore the surroundings like 9 temples and the waterfalls

I stayed here in May 2022. Chose this one bcoz my dad prefers nature-vibe hotel to modern building one. And yeah, we're all satisfied: breathtaking view, wide & spacious park & outside room, delicious breakfast. In the afternoon we sat in front of the park, in the morning we swam with mountain as a background. Heaven. However, AC in my room didnt work well, and the water in swimming pool made my eyes sore really bad & sticky hair (i suggest you to wear swimming goggles) but it's fine.

Private cottages with rice field view. The interior is full with java antiquities, very interesting. The food taste can be improved though. With idr 30k per hour, you can rent a bike to go around the vicinity.

One of the best traditional resort. The joglos are wonderful. The gebyoks are magnificent. It has rare antiques collection and historical papers from the colonial era. It has Chinese signboards from late 18th/ early 19th century. Also other commercial signage from the same era. Except the pool that is out of service for treatment, everything is perfect. The fried rice is a must to try.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We came to get fresh air and it is surely fresh here. We rented the standard room so there was no desk. But everything was great! The food is delicious. I ordered the tex-mex burrito 3 times! A classic place run by very professional staff.

Great resort, with great service, great price, and great breakfast. It feels like they could’ve renovated and made the place a lot better. The views of the rice fields and Mount Unggaran from some of the rooms were breathtaking, and the big Joglo houses add to the authenticity of the place.

Room is clean. Nice view from secomd floor. Housekeeping is good. Request for additional items in room is good. Environment is clean and green, well maintained. Buggy as transportation is enough but i think the drivers are not enough because it takes too long to pick us up in the room. Swimming pool is clean. Not too crowded. They have jogging track aroumd ricefield. Resto has a lot of seats. Have to be more attentive to food hygiene and safety during bfast. Make sure the food supply is enough even for guests who come an hour before bfast time ends. Parking space is a lot.

This Melva Balemong Hotel at Ungaran, Central Java, has a very nice ethnic place to stay. Great antique wood carving we can find here. Spacious rooms, even with yellow bulbs. Anyway, a great place to enjoy fresh air and cozy stay.

Remote, nice and spacious in Javanese architecture if you need a place to hide. Dim all over in the rooms and gallery.

Resort boutique hotel, good to stay in this traditional style hotel. You can walk to paddys field in the morning and go jogging in the hotel complex. The hotel is consist of small joglo houses (Javanese style), at night the surrouding is very dark since it has big garden, The bathroom should be better.

Love it! It's a lovely resort with Javanese old charm. It's clean and very well maintained. The food is a bit on a sweeter side since it's in Central Java, but delicious (especially if you like sweet taste). You can see the mountain on the back side and see the sunrise. We stayed in Joglo Kencana. Worth every penny.

Unique resort build with authentic traditional Javanese Joglos. Surrounded by natural scenery of paddy fields and view of Mount Ungaran. Good for family & friends. Only problems during our stay was the hot water and pillows not comfy. Overall, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Still recommended πŸ‘

Very nice clean and authentic, great for families! Staff is helpful and kind. As other mentioned, beware of the multiple very noisy mosques nearby. We got awaken by 4:00 every morning. And the noise doesnt stop until 4:45

Very classic look. Atmosphere of Java is surrounding the place, from the lobby to your bedroom. It's also has big open area for you to enjoy the scenery. Kids will love this place as they can play outside without worry

It was a memorable staying with natural beauty in the front of my room. My room was up graded. Two staff was my Marvel Heroes. I was stucked in the area of Umbul Sidomukti without able to get online transportation.Mr. Imam and Mr Dedi sort it out and pick me up and make me able to catched my train to Bandung. You are my HERO. Thank you not enough to describe how grateful I was.
