    For a tutoring place with high prices, the customer service/care service does not really match the prices and the greatness of the EF name. Customer service/care slow response, less informative and less friendly. The reason is because they have a day off or have different shifts every day. Yes, we have to memorize their shift if we want to WA so they can respond quickly. The point is, it's very strange that an EF class doesn't have customer care ready to serve during EF operational hours. I have 2 EF contact numbers and both are slow to respond and less informative. Please pay attention and evaluate. Thank You.
