    It can't be helped, this is a district hospital, if you want good service, just go to the city. Registration for specialist clinics is just messy, chaotic, being passed around here and there. This is for general patient who didn't use bpjs. I hope the management people at this hospital can fix it. demiapa yang antri sebanyak itu pasien bpjs dan umum, loket pendaftaran cuma 1:( tiap 1 orang daftar bisa nunggu sampe 10-15 menitt

Even though I'm a nomad family, I don't have any close relatives to look after my 2nd child. Currently my husband is out of town, he can only come later at 7 pm. Yaahhh... fate is just hanging at the TPPRI section, whether it can operate at the Pelita Anugerah Hospital or not, there is no clarity. Even though when I registered, I tried to be honest because there were children under 12 years old... Please.. there should be a policy for us overseas families who don't have close relatives. Sad to be like this :`( Finally, after being asked by the TPPRI officer, he was finally able to enter the room and operate at the Pelita Anugerah Hospital. The service in the treatment room is very very good, from the doctor (tht), the nurse on duty, the room cleaner, the food delivery person (Nutrition) is very friendly, polite and kind. Ya udahlah.. karena lihat review di google kalo RS Pelita Anugerah sudah mulai bagus, jadi tetep maksa buat periksa di sini. Ada rujukan operasi tgl 22 sore, pagi ini (22/12/2021) saat mau masuk kamar di persulit lagi karena bawa anak di bawah 12thn. Padahal saya itu keluarga perantau, ga ada saudara dekat yg bisa di titipin anak ke-2 saya. Saat ini suami sedang luar kota, baru bisa datang nanti jam 7 malam. Yaahhh... nasib cuma di gantungΒ² di bagian TPPRI, bisa operasi di Rs Pelita Anugerah atau tidak blm ada kejelasan. Padahal saat pendaftaran saya sudah berusaha jujur karena ada anak di bawah 12thn... Tolonglah.. seharusnya ada kebijakan buat kami keluarga rantau yang ga ada sanak saudara dekat. Sedih kalau seperti ini :`( Akhirnya setelah di tanyakan oleh petugas TPPRI akhirnya bisa masuk kamar dan operasi di Rs Pelita Anugerah. Pelayanan di ruang perawatan sangaat sangaat baik, dari Dokter (tht), suster yg bertugas, pembersih kamar, pengantar makan (Gizi) sangat ramah, sopan dan baik. Terimakasih anak saya bisa sehat kembali setelah operasi tonsilitis. Semoga pelayanananya bisa ditingkatkan lagi. Terimakasih

    Mohon maaf sebelumnya, untuk pelayanan secara keseluruhan sudah bagus sayangnya salah satu petugas vaksin hari ini (laki-laki) sedikit mengecewakan karena attitude-nya yg bagi saya kurang baik. Cara bicara kepada orang tua kurang sopan, terkesan membentak (ngegas) padahal bapak saya jauh lebih tua, banyak yg melihat karena bapak saya seolah2 seperti dimarahi saking kencang suaranya. Bukankah kalau ada pasien yg kurang paham, atau ada persyaratan yg kurang bisa dijelaskan dengan cara yg baik dan tenang itu memang sudah tugasnya? Terlebih bapak saya juga berbicara sopan dan sangat tenang. Bahkan setelah selesai mengurus persyaratan dengan lengkap juga masih diperlakukan kurang menyenangkan karena kesalahan dari website yg datanya belum masuk bukan bapak sayaπŸ™‚ Saya dan bapak saya memohon maaf apabila ketidak pahaman bapak saya dirasa mengganggu jalannya vaksinasi, tapi jika yang error memang dari websitenya kami jg tidak bisa berbuat apa-apa. Saya dan bapak juga sudah memaafkan kok. Saya akan sangat berterima kasih jika mau menerima kritikan dan bisa menjadi evaluasi untuk kedepannya sehingga tidak akan ada lagi pasien vaksin lain yang diperlakukan seperti bapak saya.     Tadi pagi vaksin di sini, petugas cwok yg screening julid banget kyak emakΒ² kang gossip di kompleks, setelah selesai screening aku berdiri dekat situ dia ngomongin aku dengan rekan di sebelahnya (rekannya cuek sih). Klo aku tak punya malu kyak dia, pasti tadi udeh aku tegur di depan umum. Untung masih aku tahan.
