I had a custom white gold, aquamarine, and sapphire anniversary band made at Mitchell’s. This was my first custom piece from them, and words cannot express how happy I am with it! Jensen worked closely with me - calling, texting, sending pictures - to make sure the design was exactly what I wanted. She met with me to help chose the perfect stones.Their jewelers spent extra time on it to make sure my beautiful baguettes and round stones were securely set (which resulted in a little longer wait, but it was worth it!). When I picked up my ring, Jensen presented to me in a beautiful box and with an appraisal ready to go. I honestly was pleased with the whole process. I truly could not be happier! They offer a beautiful selection of jewelry, and they do custom designs too which was an option I highly considered when I had a hard time choosing between different styles. They also offer great sales throughout the year. Each time I've shopped here, I've been assisted by someone different, and everyone was always extremely nice at each visit. They cater their selections well to designs I'm interested in, and there is never any pressure from the staff during the selection process. I always look forward to shopping here!

Wife had a ring that was too tight to remove. Ryan (Brian? My hearing isn’t the best) was able to remove it easily and safely. Very professional and very competent. Even though we weren’t there to shop, everyone was more concerned about her wellbeing. Also, what I saw of the selection of men’s rings was very very interesting. Recommended!

I came in to have my watch band fixed, and Guy Fidelie fixed it in less than 10 minutes. While I waited another person cleaned my ring with all the work done for free. Our experience with Mitchell’s was fantastic from start to finish. We went to several jewelers in the metro and they by far had the largest selection of women’s wedding bands. We were assisted by Nancy and Jensen, but everyone was always kind and helpful. We had a custom ring made and ended up not liking it (not their fault - it was beautiful just not what we pictured) and they re-cast it with no issues. The final result is just incredible. They were fairly priced and even had the second ring done ahead of schedule! HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for an engagement ring or wedding band(s)!
