It was one of the best Liveaboard travel experiences I've ever had. Although the ship is a wooden ship rather than an iron ship, it is well maintained and is sufficient for a week-long trip. The cabin and restaurant are equipped with air conditioning, and the bathroom is well equipped with hot water. The spaces on the guitar deck are well laid out, giving an overall cozy feel. Above all, the team operating the ship were all friendly and experienced crews, so I was able to have a happy time. Dune Aurora is a global company with bases not only in Indonesia but also in Egypt and France, so program selection is more specialized. French manager provides well-coordinated management with local crew. Thank you again to the Dune Aurora team for making our trip to Raja Ampat, known as the Last Paradise, perfect!

Guillaume is very nice, patient, knowlegeable guide. He made sure we all had the bes experience during the trip. Rama made sure we all saw the sea life we were hoping to see. Tian also approached our team after dives to discuss our sightseeings after dives or over dinner. All staff without exception added to our happiness. I felt better than at home!

Brutal boat and unbeatable treatment....

I was on Dune aurora in December 2023 and I highly recommend this Liveaboard. The rooms and bathrooms were quaint yet modern and spacious, the staff incredible and the food was better than most restaurants. Guillaume and the crew are excellent hosts and extremely knowledgeable about the dive spots in the area. The trip exceeded all my expectations and I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Gil and the team were first class! Our family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the trip! All staff went above and beyond to accommodate any and all needs! We would love to come back in the future and do Raja!

I had a great experience at Dune Aroroa liveaboard. The crew director Guillaume is extremely funny and helpful. All the divers are great and will make you very comfortable. The trip is extremely well planned by Guillaume. You will get fresh juices after every dive, hot fresh towels , and drinking water the next second you finish your dive. Also they really pamper you with your dive gear , you do not need to anything. Just open your arms to wear the bcd, rest everything is done my the team. Apart from dives you will be taken to a village tour, trek, sand banks and a lot of fancy dinners. Chef is really good and all your dietary requirements will be taken care off. One of the best trips of my life made a lot of friends and taken a boat load of memories

Raja Ampat - Lembeh Dune Aurora is an exceptional liveaboard experience for divers. Their team is great, and their facilities are top-notch. They take you to the best dive spots, making it the best 12-day liveaboard adventure. Highly recommended for diving enthusiasts.

The entire team on the Aurora was friendly, helpful, and worked really good together as a team. My group had some concerns with our guide that unfortunately escalated to us getting a different guide, but overall the situation was handled and everything was fine. I will definitely recommend Dune, especially this Aurora crew, to my dive friends back home

We spent a wonderful week on the Aurora in Raja Ampat. The boat is beautiful and well equipped. The cabins are quite big and very tidy with loads of storage. They are cleaned twice a day. The crew and dive guides are the nicest people you will ever meet! The chef made lovely meals four times a day and is able to accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions. Everyone is doing whatever they can to make the guests happy. You just have to ask and sometimes not even that. The dive sites are amazing and the guides always make sure everyone is safe and has the best experience. The dives and other excursions were well organised. As we were spending Christmas on board we had a special dinner and celebration on the sun deck as well. All in all: Perfect!! Thank you so much to our lovely crew, guides and everyone at Dune who made this such a great experience!!!

The entire Aurora crew made me feel like I was sailing and diving with highly competent and attentive friends. Excellent and flexible dive site selections. Guides knew how to read the currents, put us in the best sites and made sure we saw what we came to see. Well planned shore excursions. Great food and plenty of it. Comfortable accommodations. Great group and personal service.

All 4 dive guides were great! Great cabin with plenty of room, any concerns were taken care of immediately. One in our party did not dive all the time so snorkeling or beach time was made available. Over all boat was comfortable and well maintained.

The experience with Dune Aurora over Christmas was unforgettable. Everything was meticulously planned and well executed. I truly enjoyed my time on board. The crew made sure we had a lovely celebration. I was lucky to have Guillaume as my guide and his eye for spotting critter is impeccable. He also took great care of the everyone in the group whenever they had issues. His knowledge for the underwater world was immense and his passion for the sea was portrayed in his demeanor. I also had the opportunity to interact with the other dive guides Rama, Recky, Mahmud and Tian, and they each had a story to tell. Very genuine people. Dune Aurora has exceeded expectations and if you're looking for a liveaboard experience, look no further.
