I recently visited this karaoke place and had a great time there. For less than 150k, I was able to enjoy 2 hours of singing in the afternoon. The overall experience was quite good, but if I had to give some constructive feedback for improvement, it would be the sound quality of the microphone. Compared to other karaoke places with the same price, the microphone didn't sound as good. Additionally, I noticed that the AC was leaking which was a bit of a nuisance. However, despite these minor issues, I still had a fun and enjoyable time at this karaoke place and would recommend it to others.

some songs are not available. we tried different way to search one famous song but dont get it anyway. good place & good room. even the small room are comfortable and sound proof. they have special promo on Monday - Thursday at 11am to 5pm, 40% for room. parking area is spacious.

the place was so great for having fun with friends and family, so many choices of song.., but sadly the front desk attendant was a little bit rude, not smiling to the guests.. overall everything is good, the situation.. the atmosphere.. I hope they can improve the front desk service to make it even greater to come back..

The price quite expensive for the fnb, friendly staff, cozy place.

The place is nice. The staffs are quick-witted. For the food, there's a spicy fried rice which is simply delicious. Song isn't very update with each new song release. Also one of the room on 2nd floor (Large Room) have cockroach when we visit it. Better take room no 5 (another Large room) if you want to choose for Large room

A complete shadow of its former self. We pre booked, yet nothing was ready. The booking being a group of minimum 15 people didn't have anything set up. Wine was served at room temperature, after a single of a bottle the next one was out of stock. Toilet wasn't cleaned. All in all it was much better in its former years. Service was really slow. It took a gap of 10 minutes for orders to arrive. One of the dishes were bad but was refused to be changed. Avoid if you have better choices.

Very comfortable place and nice services.. A little bit confused with it promotional system. The price rises high, beyond my thought... But the room was very clean and the sound system run smoothly

It's an okay place. Little less than a mediocre actually since they forced us to buy 2 items from their food & drink menu. We went there on Friday night, price were already higher than usual (85k an hour, wow). I was about to ask for payment then they gave us a menu, I was like "we're not gonna order anything." Then she was like, "oh it's mandatory, you have to order minimum 2 items from the menu to get in." I only gave it 2 stars because we did have fun singing for an hour. Otherwise it'd be zero star.

Great value! Call call attend to room to order drinks or food. Open till 3am. Huge selection of English songs, sometimes even with the real music videos.

It’s very sad we have to pay for the water because water have to be free to bring form outside actually if I pay 1 million for a bottle of rum

Nav is my favorit place for karaoke with family or friends. And when they have branch at Jimbaran, i love it more, because easy to find from my place.

Great playlist. Clean and love everything. But, be careful with your belongings, the cleaner staff once you left the room they took things and don't give it back like today, only out the room #18 for 1 min and got back to take my cigarette, missing. Asked them already, but no one knew. Anyway, not a big deal but the staff need to be honest at least.
