    There is no towel, no tissue, no glass or water in the room with manual door, which trouble for those full in the hand. I tried many budget hotel on weekly basis. But this is the worst. I checked out after only 5 hours stayed n moved to different hotel coz the services. Aircond doesn't work well. The 1st n the last going to stay there. Hope my next stay in other hotel won't be like this one.

    Booked a room on agoda platform but end up no room available. Their customer service told me to blame agoda instead of them without apologising. Very rude attitude towards customers and tried to shift their mistakes fully to the platform.

    The most worst hotel that I hv experienced so far bcoz first time I say there are 2 cockroaches in hotel room & I complaint to the receptionist about it but they fully refused it & I call them to come & see in my room but they simply said that "we are busy for now"..worst attitude of that lady receptionist 😤😤😤

    I would've given Negative starts if I could. Worst Hotel! Worst owner! Worst everything. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL. IF you have a choice to sleep in the streets and this hotel I'd choose the streets.

    Avoid this hotel! Super disgusted by the ladies at the front desk. We booked for 2 nights for 2 rooms. When we check in, we are ask to pay right away. We paid $280 ringat. This amount doesn't include the deposit which is 50 ringat. So total we paid $330. There is a weird smell and the room was so bad. The toilet can't flush, the bed sheet was dirty. After about 10 mins, we decided to cancel our stay and ask for refund. To our surprise, they do not allow any refund of the $280!! We have not even stay over night and was just there for 10 mins to check out the rooms. We are not allowed to get any refund. Of cos they offered other rooms for us. But the whole place was disgusting, smelly, and uncomfortable even if you offer other rooms, I doubt anyone will take it. This whole situation was uncalled for and the counter lady was throwing the keys back into her basket infront of us. And scolding in her own language. We don't expect to have a quality service cos is a budget hotel. But at least clean. And we have not even stayed in the hotel, we just make payment 10 mins ago and we are not allowed to get back any refund. Please be aware of this hotel and don't be in our situation. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

    Tried walk-in method but the indian lady receptionist ask for rm76. I parked my car in front of this hotel and book this hotel via AGODA. I got rm40/nite. The indian lady get annoyed and suggested me to not using AGODA in the future. She vent out her frustration and anger to an indian man that doing the housekeeping using indian languages. It's loud, lousy and noisy. My husband & I took the room key & went straight to the room. Such a rude receptionist. Trying to manipulate customer!

    Not even worth a Star and the worst hotel. Everything also no good. Super dirty and disgusting. Century old and unsafe electrical appliances. The most worst is the rude and uncivilized owner.

    My Indian guide preferred to give Indian hotel owner business earnings, but the services and attitudes were worse. Three days' stay was not serviced at all
