First time and absolutely will be back. A family hotel. Good service, nice and clean room. They will sterilized for minimum 1 night after the guest check out. Good hygiene standart. My daughter so happy, so do i 🤣. Recommended for animal lover. Tips: stay on 6th or 7th floor. Safari view (u will stay in a room that has balcony that facing the animals). Choose the west building (i was stay in 5607 which located on 6th floor with a very nice view)

Wow for the kids not so for the adults. The Safari animals are fascinating, but yes need more variety but can understand this is a resort. However, the additional fees start to shoot up with all the feedings and all the way to extra soaps. Breakfast was subpar, coffee was not good at all. Service was pretty good however. Kids playground was sufficient to keep my kid entertained. Pool water was COLD! Will I return. Probably not. It's a good one time experience especially with the mount Arjuna view.

Very nice place to enjoy vacation. located a little far from main road, a wide road connects the hotel. There is a vast safe parking lot near the hotel. Nice room where the view was the little zoo, nice pool, enjoyed the food and the experience

Place was nice and awesome. Staffs are very helpfull and professional. Room was clean and such a wonderful view 😍 Huge Swimming pool which is so close to the animals with a wonderful view of hotel and the mountain. Food from Kilimanjaro Restaurant is highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Breakfast with giraffe is my highlight for my trip. It was fun. The giraffes are very clean, cute and pretty. I am very happy 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 Fresh air and weather ❤️ Definitely will come again ❤️

The food are good with the good prices too! The room is good. Clean. The facility are good we can bring our kids to experience giraffe feeding closely. The pool are great with infinity style and animals view. But during the pandemic the pool have an opening time starting at 7am - 4pm and they limited the people who can swim too only for 16 person max once.

Baobab Resort is suitable for a family with kids. Kids will love it, they can learn about animals. Seeing animals in real, the ambience is like a safari hotel. Affordable price also, they have a lot of activities for kids such as riding a horse, morning walk, night story telling, breakfast or dinner with giraffe, etc.

Baobab Safari Resort is an African themed hotel with a Safari vibe , the hotel carries East African Vibe especially Tanzania 🇹🇿 where Mount Kilimanjaro is located (the tallest free standing mountain in the World). You’ll find names like Kibo , Mawensi (Mawenzi) , Tembo which are Swahili Words. The hotel gives you a good opportunity to see some animals around like Giraffes, Wildebeest , Rhinoceros , Buffalo , some Swan , Antelopes , and Ostrich around the hotel. It’s a part of Taman Safari Prigen Pasuruan. The service is so great they have clean surroundings , clean bedding , delicious food , and very kind Staffs (they’ll make you feel at home. There’s a giraffe and rhino feeding but you’ll have to pay around 200k - 300k. Apart from the high price of the hotel the service is of top notch.

Very attentive staff. A staff accompany my toddler son and play toy with him when I was on check in process, it was helpful. Not only that. When my family joined Morning Walk to feed the kangaroos, actually we felt behind from the group because my son walked slowly (he’s only 24 months tho)😅 so one of staff offered us to reverse the walk route and we got to feed the kangaroos and he helped us to take picture together. My son was really happy. There are so many attraction. My son rode little pony and fed the rhino. Very recommended for family outing.

Pros: - The workers are kind! My toddler got a breakdown in the lobby, cried and ran to the parking area. The security came and help us cheering the kid. It didn't work though but I appreciate the action. Well done. - We came during fasting month yet the breakfast are good with plenty of variations. - Hot water running good. Enjoy showering! - There are plenty of animals including giraffes, hippos, rhino, etc. - Landscape and view are great. - the room is clean and cozy. Cons: - Shower head can't be moved. Might be a little hard to bath baby or smaller kid. - The bed is too soft to our liking. My husband got some pains around his waist but the rest of the group feels ok. - there will be extra cost/ penalty if you order online food to the resort. Overall, it's great and recommended to stay here!

What an unforgettable experience! After a full day of fun at Taman Safari, we rested at the Baobab Hotel in the evening. The hotel room itself was pretty standard, like any typical hotel, comfortable, clean, and spacious enough. But what made it truly amazing was the view when stepping out of the room, facing the safari. We could directly see giraffes and several other savanna animals, wow, truly breathtaking. The atmosphere of the hotel restaurant and lobby was also very cozy and beautiful, especially in the evening. The food served was delicious with a wide variety of options. Valley parking is available as the parking lot is a bit far. The staff was exceptionally friendly. There's also a playground for children. It's truly a complete package for families. Overall, my holiday became incredibly delightful. Thank you Baobab 💛

We stayed for 1 night + staff give us very strategic room. Big thank you for that 👍 + in the morning, quite cold breeze. + balcon with breathtaking view + breakfast is ok. Their restaurant is open 24 hours. But please prepare quite budget. - as this hotel is far from city, ensure you have food supplies and others.

Love this place SO MUCH! This resort is well-made for family vacation. They have various animals in which you can feed and many activities for adult and kids. They also have breakfast with giraffe, which I believe it is their main activity. Further, the hospitality was beyond expectation and their staff so helpful. Surely a favorite hotel in Prigen!

Worst hotel experiences. I got my rate at idr 2.000.000, tried asking for extra mineral water, called no one pick up. Went down to recepcionist, only to be asked to purchase it at the restaurants. Worst 4 star hotel i ever stay

Great stay here at Baobab Safari Resort Hotel. The Safari is just beside. They provide shuttle service to the Safari via a private car or mini-van daily. All friendly and helpful staff. Service was tip-top. Facilities include swimming pool with Giraffes by the side, small play area underground for small kids, restaurant and cafe. Local food was great and pizza too avaialbale. Daily feeding animals activities(meerkats/rhino/giraffe) were a plus with the kids. Optional activities like morning walk to visit "small" animals nearby and riding on elephants happen in the weekends. Live band too during dinner buffett in the weekend. Located at Prigen, an hour drive away from Surabaya(for international flights).

In Java, We've stayed at a few different resorts. On the list of the very greatest accommodations and experiences ever, this came in first. The staff was incredibly accommodating and readily available for all of our needs. Everything about this hotel was excellent. It has wonderful personnel that welcomes customers and is courteous. Nice room and good breakfast for the price. It's next to the Taman Safari amusement park and is an overall clean and nice place to stay. Only complaint is that the faucets in the bathroom is really small and that the showers aren't fully covered(looking at the pictures should help clarify).

Absolutely outstanding service, all the staff were so friendly no efficient. It's very rare to receive such personal service in a large resort. We have been fortunate enough to stay in many good resorts but the Baobab Safari resort was at the top of its game and we will definitely be returning.

For more than usd 100/night, the hotel was pricy. Breakfast was good, but dimsum was not free here. The pool was perfect, located near giraffe and elephant show. The hotel is perfect for family with kids, you can have story telling in the night and morning you can walk with kanguru, wallaby and enjoy the australians show. The dinner 12 dolar/pax, was good.

Very exciting when we stay on baobab, my son n daugther very happy, they can feeding the animal. first day i come to this place, i was late, i arrived at 10 pm, take more time from bali to this place because lunch, dinner and ferry. so at that night the weather ia very very cool, not hot and not cold, the receptionist greet us very kind and friendly they give us warm towel, the security help us to drop our stuff from oir car. then after the administraton completed, they guide us to oir room, while they said they will bring our stuff right to our room, then when i go into our room, WOWW it,s so so so clean and tidy, like a new building, specialy the bathroom, they have complete sanetary and hot water soooo tidy soooo clean, sooo comfortable. nezt day, breakfast timee, wow they have much menu for breakfast, they have nasi campur, sausage,bread, omelete, coto makasar, porridge, nasi goreng, cococrunch and milk if you like, and for the drinks, they have lime water, juice, coffe and tea as ussualy. i take some of fried noodle and chiken and sit in the smoking room, and yes i enjoyed my breakfast while i am watching for giraffe WOWW amazing, sooo comfortable with that place i am very very very love to stay there with their cleanliness, scenery, and their friendly services, all the things i loved it very much, thabk you so much

hotel room is clean, we requested safari view but get the far end room so we can only see hippos, but all the staff so friendly and lots of quite choice for breakfast and dinner also good, but dinner takes long to be served so better order 1 hour or 30 minutes ahead if you travel with kids

HOTEL FOR KIDS! suitable for family trip aswell. Its good and comfy. I can see rhino giraffe zebra mountaingoat(?) Etc from my room. Can feed them. Eat bfast with giraffe. They have hippo aswell. Oh! If u walk outside a bit can take pict with good view. They also near a carnaval park. Its a good hotel!

A resort surrounded by a mini zoo, and located close to Taman Safari 2. The place are clean and well maintained. Room are setup as the safari alike room. Some mini zoo around with couple animals. Some of them you can see it straight from tour room window. Breakfast and dinner has some variety, even though the taste is standard. You can rent a bike to ride along the area or having some walk but unfortunately there is no proper trail to do this. You get 20% discount if you decided to but ticket to Taman Safari 2

Staffs are cheerful and have nice smiles. Felt we were very welcome. There were giraffes, Hipo, Rino, and some more in the same hotel area. I enjoyed staying there.

Very nice place for family staycation especially for kids. The room are quite small room but pretty clean, connecting room are available. Nice swimming pool near the giraffes & other animals. The breakfast menus are not bad, just okay.

Clean also comfortable hotel with great mountain view so you could feel the fresh air breeze right on your room balcony. For the features feeding animals is one of the greatest attractions for kids especially. I remind you to bring crackers or some snacks you couldnt find here because this property located in the middle of nowhere, so the food here its quiet expensive. One more thing before check in they ask you deposit 300K which is weird in my opinion.

Located at the foothills of Mount Arjuna, you couldnt wish for a better vacation atmosphere. Breathtaking scenery with rooms overlooking animals direct from the balcony. Service from resort staff was impeccable. Had my childs 1 year old birthday celebration here and it was perfect. The Breakfast with Giraffe session is also a must. Well worth the experience and fee.

We had a great weekend over here. We came to celebrate my son's anniversary and it was amazing. We extremely recommend for family with kids or for adults that like wild animals.

This place is amazing..we can see animals from our balcony! So many activities there...feeding girrafes, feeding rhino, children story telling, riding pony, petting animals, etc. But some activities can only be enjoyed at weekend. They have various animals too..meerkat, rhino, antelopes, giraffes and even stork. The room is a little bit dusty and you'd better not open the balcony window at night because of the insects. The food is good and they also have souvenir store inside the hotel. Overall..it's a very nice place for family vacation! :)

According to me it's so much fun to be here. Fresh air, beautiful place, friendly sevice, great vibes. So much happy. Thank you so much for giving the best experience. It's not only about the vibes but the animal also. We can be closer with African Animal like giraffe, zebra and many else.

I can not find special food for the breakfast with this hotel Even we need to pay for 5 star hotel, but the breakfast is rated below 3 star hotel The food often out of stock and also plate, cup, spoon. They served very2 standard breakfast for more than $100 room price/night To be honest, i not enjoyed food at all. And also this place very far from outside to buy food. My suggestion is, Make sure you are full tank, then grab some food before you check in. In the morning, try to escape the breakfast n find good food even you need to spend 30 min, then go back to hotel to do another activity Dont forget to grab the food before you back to this hotel

It’s new experience to see safari view and animals from the room balcony. Also many activities including breakfast with giraffe (cost IDR 1,000,000) and feeding animals such as giraffe, meerkat, rhino (different cost for each animals). Recommended to feed giraffe and meerkat. Our kids love them! This hotel is near to Taman Safari 2 Jatim Prigen. We get 20% discount for ticket entrance from the front desk. Overall hotel is good, room is good, friendly staff, breakfast is great (national and continental available), swimming pool is nice (but water is really cold when we swim around 10-11 AM). The thing to improve is buffet dinner named African BBQ. Seafood was not fresh.

Room was clean. I got the hill view which I think was well worth the buck if you're going to taman safari because you'll be out and about during the day time anyways. We still fed the giraffes and admired the variety of animals kept at the grounds at the hotel. The staff were super well trained to the point that some of their friendly responses sounded like an autoplay response. (In a good way though). It was cool. If you stick to the Indonesian food, it's really great. The international food was not great but palatable.

To have breakfast with giraffes, you have to pay 400,000 rupiah for 15 minutes. I recommend for families who staying here to participate in feeding carnivorous animals. The door for the rooms i think is not like the other hotel room. You can easily hear what people say at room across yours. So noisy. But the view was soo nice, there's also a lot of animals with guard. The breakfast also good, only need development in halal for muslim customers.
