Experience far below expectations! I took my 12-month-old daughter to the spa and, naturally, due to her age, she sometimes gets scared and cries, preventing her from continuing the session. We entered the room, and spent about 15 minutes looking with her at the pool and some dolls, supposedly with the aim of familiarizing her with the environment. Afterwards, the objective was to go to the pool, but when my daughter saw the float, she started crying again. With this, another 10 minutes were needed to calm her down. When we managed to put the float on, we went to the pool and he started crying when he touched the (cold) water. And another 10 minutes to calm her down. Then the session ended, after barely 40 minutes. If they told me that the session lasted between 45 minutes and 1 hour, why did they send us away 40 minutes later if we couldn't even do anything? Since we were still within time, they could have given more (and better) techniques to calm my daughter and not send us away at the first opportunity. It's true that my daughter wasn't the first baby who appeared crying and didn't know how to deal with it. The only technique used by the technician to calm my daughter was to show her dolls that she doesn't even know. I paid what I paid for my daughter to look at the environment and for her to be on her mother's lap. Yes, because she was almost the entire time on my lap without us doing anything else.

Chegamos 10min antes da sessão de spa como solicitado. Depois de 40min na sala de espera sem qualquer explicação entramos. A técnica, sem qualquer empatia, limitou-se a perguntar peso e idade. Todos os exercícios dentro e fora de água foram executados por nós. O nosso bebé estava notoriamente desconfortável por causa da boia, começou a chorar e tivemos que ser nós a sugerir retirá-lo de água para o acolher e acalmar. A técnica estava preparada para terminar por ali a sessão não fosse eu perguntar se ainda faltava algum exercício. Respondeu que era apenas mais um. Sugeri voltar a colocar o bebé dentro de água para perceber se reagia melhor. Achei os exercícios pobres de conteúdo para a idade e a interação da técnica foi nula. Para terminar uma massagem a correr e só faltou ter que vestir o bebé no corredor tanta era a pressa. Ficou muito aquém do esperado.

The experience fell far short of our expectations. I know we arrived late and for that reason the entire session could have been compromised in terms of time, but that does not invalidate the friendliness we should have received from the staff. There was never a smile at reception, it really seemed like a rush. During the session, the babies needed time to settle in and we had to move quickly so as not to delay any further, but the person who was with us did not create any empathy with the children. He just said that it was normal for them to cry during the first session. Afterwards in the water I also didn't think the experience was anything extraordinary. I got the feeling that for what was done there, it was done very well at home. It had different activities, something that we probably didn't do at home. And in the end, the massage part surprised me only if you massage a part of the body, in this case the legs. It was not explained that you could only choose one area. I thought we would start with the legs and then move on to the rest of the body. The experience was negative. And although we arrived late, in the session I tried to be as agile as possible so as not to delay even further. But being alone or with someone would have been the same. I don't intend to repeat the experience because it really doesn't justify the price paid for the session!
