It is a nice apartment complex in Ramapuram. There is security around the clock. Parking facilities are sufficient for the residents. Other facilities include a gym and a swimming pool. There is also a tennis/basketball court. It has an excellent garden with a pathway around it. I think there are 12 apartment blocks. Overall, it is one of the better places to live in the surrounding area.

Environment and facilities are good. But house construction by asvini builders is worst, many residents -4th floor faced leakage of water from walls during rains!!

Great little community aside from the wilderness of the city yet a 5 minute drive to the chennai trade center and 15 to the airport. Great place to rent for bachelors and nuclear families.

One of the good communities in the neighbourhood. Great association which maintains the apartments and the common area. Easy access to main road and sufficient shops nearby.

The Apartments are awesome, fully furnished and good looking, large space to live there and they have large space for separate parking lot. They provide gym facility and there is also no water problem. Inside the city, at very silence space.

Best Society around Ramapuram with all facilities like swimming pools, gym, theater, basketball court, playground. Clean 24hrs water. No voltage fluctuations. Carpenter,electrician are available 24 X 7. Security, ample parking space n cleanliness makes it the best society

Very well maintained and secured place for living. Internal parks and common amenities for each block are very nice. The surroundings are maintained well. The overall atmosphere is vibrant and lively

My friend lives here... G8 place to live with good infra and kids play area... But if u r a visitor-STAY AWAY... the way the security at the gate, treat u is pathetic... Worse than criminal...I understand that it is for the security of the PPL dwelling there..but can be improved a lot...
