I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received for my psoriasis at Dermalaya Skin & Hair Laser Clinic. From my very first appointment with the Doctor, I knew I was in the right hands. The treatment plan that was tailored to my needs was nothing short of remarkable. It's not an exaggeration to say that it has changed my life. My psoriasis, which had been a constant source of discomfort and self-consciousness, is now under control, and my confidence has skyrocketed. Not Satisfactory. 1. The Chief doctor is not even ready to listen to our problems fully. We were stopped consistently during the conversation before we explained our problems. 2. We wanted to discuss the root cause of it. Instead, We have not got the space to discuss. The doctor just prescribed the medicine and turned his face towards his computer monitor where he was expecting the next patient to come. Overall, I see that the doctor's focus is only on attending all the patients within his presence. Not sure, What is the purpose of the fee he charges for consultation. The following qualities are needed for a good doctor/consultant. 1. Being a good listener is critical 2. Should be persistent in advocating for their patients

Cost effective clinic, I would like to recommend for others, I have gone for my skin rashes due to sun rays. Now my skin shines good. Thq for the sister who took care of us. And doctor's too.

One of friend referred this clinic. I had severe acne scars. At the starting stages of treatment, I never had confident, that scar will be gone. After few session of punch excision & CO2 laser, I could drastic difference in my skin, my scars are removed. Really thankful to Dr.suganthan and his team for kind service. If you think, this clinic is small they won't have any modern equipment, then you are wrong, they will surprise you with their modern equipment and procedures. Added to that, I need to thank sister Marry who helped me in the procedure time and she is very kind. Always comforts the patient during procedure time.

One of my colleague suggested this clinic.I went here for PRP. Dr.Sugandhan is very friendly, clears all our doubts and make us feel confident about hair gain. He listen’s carefully about our issues and takes note.The treatment was very effective and i saw good results. I’ve already referred some of my friends who are happy with the results. The receptionist talks politely and schedules the appointment correctly. Sister Mary is very caring, her casual talks we feel like a family member make us forget about the fear before starting the session. she takes care of every patients with good care. Excellent consultation by Dr.Sugandan, I live in Germany and had continuous problems with Skin. He was kind enough to provide tele consultation. He listens to our issues with patience and very quick in diagnosis. They make detailed case file before the consultation - very organized. My skin condition is getting better and I can totally recommend him and the doctor's office. Great Job !

Worst experience Went for my dad some time back The way he treats patients is very bad If you go for one problem , some other problem will come ( You will keep on visiting him in a loop ) He sits far away won't examine thoroughly Later my dad went to govt tambaram siddha hospital , it gave the slow and steady recovery Simply in one word - Over rated

Very rude !! And worst experience. Me and wife based on the google review travelled from long and reached the hospital Dermalaya I Went with my wife for skin problem the doctor was not ready to listen to our problems completely. Me and my wife had similar skin problem paid consultation fee for us both , but when my wife said her issues doctor first refused to discuss saying his time is more precious paying consultation fee for one and he will not able to discuss further . Later the receptionist confirmed that we paid for two , the doctor just prescribed the medicine within seconds and asked the next patient to come in Overall , 1. I think I have wasted time to travel to this hospital based on the review and it was too crowded have to wait for 1 hour . 2. It was very rude way of speaking and mentioning that doctor’s time is precious what type of doctor says these !!! Not satisfied, worst experience.
