Being located right outside the metro station is a a good thing, it is a ideal location. In the afternoon, I was hungry, it was very crowded. Meals were ordered. After a short wait, the food arrived. It was one of the best Tamilnadu meals. But what I love are the sweets here. A lot of sweets are available here. It is very tasty

A2B restaurant's art always awesome. This Koyambedu branch underneath Metro train station is having good ambience but not a spacious one. The quality, taste and varieties are excellent here. There is spacious car parking on road side for car's and also for two-wheeler inside premises. The service of staff's are friendly approach and quick response to customer needs.

Which is having good space to have the chats and tiffin. But at peak hours like evening 7-9 there is possible chance of more crowd than you expect. They don't send you out with dissatisfaction. All products are worth for the price. And they are at affordable price tag. Table service is available. All varieties of chats and evening tiffin items available.

Ghee roast was very average for A2B standards. Took a lot of time to prepare the food which was unacceptable.

Small place near Koyambedu metro station. The taste is good, and the service is also good. Had sambar vada and tea. A little costly, very small area of dining. 500 rupees for two. Try and enjoy your food. Mini meals are so tasty and yummy. Sambar has a special taste here. But the place is very small is the minus point here.

Avoid if you like cleanliness. Just saw them washing the glasses that people use to drink water. Was tough not to vomit. Sat in the table for 10 mins before somebody bothered to clean the table. They removed the waste plate that other people ate in after 10 mins and then cleaned the table only after repeated requests. Maybe they are arrogant as there is nothing of name in the vicinity, but this lax attitude needs to be called out. A2B was a trusted place I would take my family to. That changed forever today

They have to improve a little bit of attention for customers when they enter their restaurant. Water should be served immediately to the customers as they are seated and orders should be taken at the earliest. Rest of the things are really good.

Before Corona service was so better than nowadays.!! Delay in orders.!! Miscommunication due to language as most of the People are North Indians. Quantity was decreased.!!

Only by infrastructure it looks like A2B, it's a first copy of A2B. Food quality was below average and quantity was also very less. If you ask for extra rice on full meals, look how they serve.

Idly was not available for breakfast at 08:30 they had only limited options. This branch has capacity of 16.

They do not provide charging sockets for mobile charging even incase of emergency . Worst response by the staffs. Maybe this is the policy of all a2b outlets and we consumers are not aware of it. Better not to visit a2b of ur main purpose is for mobile charging inbetween your time of having a small meal.

Good Preparation of all items and of course the sweets are preferable here. This joint had no Chinese, North Indian and such main course items available. Surprisingly even juices including fresh lime were not served.

I went for breakfast but the Vada for mini tiffen was over by 10 am itself. When I asked for a replacement, they promptly said mini tiffen is not available. Maybe they were not ready to receive customers. A2B has a reputation but these franchisees like these are spoiling the brand. I just walked away from the restaurant without ordering anything. So I couldn't comment on the food

During our trip to Tiruchendur with kids, we were excited to get snacks from A2B, but we couldn't find their shop at Koyambedu bus stand. This left us disappointed, but I decided to take a chance and ordered snacks through Swiggy Instamart. It was my first order, and I was a bit skeptical. To my relief, the order was placed with a promise of delivery within 30 minutes, and we had only 45 minutes left before the bus departure. The anticipation was a thrilling experience. Miraculously, the snacks arrived 10 minutes ahead of time, neatly packed and ready to be enjoyed. I must express my gratitude to A2B for their delicious snacks and to the Swiggy delivery boy for his prompt and efficient service. Their combined efforts saved the day and made our journey even more enjoyable. Although we faced a bit of confusion initially, the seamless and timely delivery made up for it. I highly recommend ordering from A2B via Swiggy Instamart for a quick and satisfying snack fix, especially when you're on the go or in a time crunch. It was an overall positive experience that I'm grateful for.

Restaurant waiters need to be trained for customer service and restaurant etiquette. They do have a very lethargic way of taking orders, and talk as if they talk among their friends. I did expect little brand name service here in A2B. As an outsider to Chennai, I expected a little more decent customer service from waiters. Concerned representatives, please train your staff on a periodical basis on Customer services. At least talk in a polite manner even though they don't know the local language.

Dined in @9pm Sun Ordered 1.Sambar idly - idly was so hard to blend with sambhar, but sambhar was good-2pcs @50rs *All panneer items unavailable/over and so 2.Mushroom F.Rice - Not tasty and less qty but fresh pieces-150rs 3. Chola poori - Size reduced and made of maida, so hard/rubbery to slice and eat, Channa was too good offered three times with fresh cut onions - 90rs Overall not worth for money and not tasty too... Ambience was good
